I came here after a ridiculous experience at Drakes. The bartender, Abby, was friendly and attentive- the opposite from the service I had at Drakes. Beers were cold. Wings were tasty. This will be my new spot to watch a game! read more

Service was alright. Change the ranch back to the original recipe, it tasted like spoiled buttermilk and eggs. Also, the macaroni CHANGE IT BACK it literally tasted like spoiled cheese and scabs. The ambiance I don't know what that means but the recipes for the ranch and macaroni needs to be changed immediately!!! read more

Great wings with delicious sauce choices my daughter and really enjoy them . They are an occasional treat due to price but worth it !!!

Not so bad, but I've had worse. Asked for extra napkins...nope. Asked for chipotle bbq seasoning for fries...nope. My friend with me had his flavors all mixed up, and had our table checked on once. So maybe next time you'll get more than three. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Mango Cart by Kona. Delicious! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Cookeville, Tennessee

I'm a business traveller and Ivwanted a sports bar with TV's. My Holiday Inn Express Front Deak host highly recommended BWW. There was a good crowd at the bar. Ms Kaylynn was taking care of bar business. I had several drinks and got food to go. The wings were cooked order. Naked and crispy. The entire time the bar Customers were happy and drinking. Thank Kaylynn for the five star service with your great service, casual conversations, and frequent stops for any needs. Keep up the great work. read more

So unfortunately today they were super under staffed. (We know this because the manager came out to offer us chips and explained this). But after sitting for 45 minutes and having a single staff member other than the manager talk to us, we left. People that got there 20 minutes after us were getting served btw. The manager we spoke to was very kind, and we were willing to wait a little bit because of the staffing issue, but truly this was ridiculous. Husband had to go find a staff member to get us menus. I wish this was better, but come on. You cant run a business like this. read more

Sign says seat yourself. My family sits at a booth between the bar area and main dining area adjacent to the bar area. Someone tells us we can't sit there and we have to move closer to the bar. We walk to the tables at the bar and couldn't find a single one clean. read more

absolutely terrible!!! forgot silverware.. got potato wedges and there's like none in the box and they forgot out sauces the boneless wings were mostly just breading ... don't get me wrong i love this place but DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT FROM HERE read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Cookeville, Tennessee

I love this place. The food was amazing, I got half and half buffalo and Nashville hot, and this is leagues better than Guy Fierie's places. The Tvs' always had something on that you would like, everything from golf and baseball to football and basketball, makes the place feel like a proper sports bar. Service was the best I've ever had at a place like this, also adding on to the nice feel. read more

Only one thing worse then bad service.... no service after sitting here waiting for over an hour.

One of the worst places I've been. Server was beyond rude, some other server came and took a pen of ours, then we asked for it back and they were not happy about it (it was our pen) will not be back. I've only ever had 2 horrible experiences with servers and this was one of them. They didn't have somethingon tap my friend wanted so we asked what they had, she looked at us stupid as said, " we have alot" she wouldn't take mine or my daughters order, only my husband's, it was just weird read more

Service very slow, during a very slow period. Had to find server. Went BOGO, and they charged me normal, but didn't get other portion. Didn't realize it until later. Called to verify, and they're telling me that's their BOGO...intend to contact corporate, unacceptable. I am signed up, and get emails. It says traditional wings BOGO??? read more

I been going to BWW since the beginning of time, first tome I ever ordered the Southern Chicken sandwich. This was one of the best chicken sandwiches I had from a chain restaurant. The chicken was very crispy and the slaw and pickles complimented the sandwich very well. I sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive. read more

The food was bad, but the service was terrible. No reason to go here ever again. I was disappointed with pretty much everything.

I'm a Buffalo Wild Wings fan. We even took an Uber to get here and enjoy a few drinks. It's surrounded by plenty of other restaurant options. Cookeville is poppin' lately! I've been to countless locations, and I think this was the worst one that I've ever experienced. When we walked in, we immediately smelt an odd smell. Later we found out that it was coming from the men's bathroom. My husband said that he practically gagged from the smell, it literally smelled worse than a porta potty. I smelt it again, when I walked past it on the way to the women's bathroom. It was horrible! We should've left right then and there, but we didn't. We sat at the bar. Although the bar tender seemed to be on top of things at the bar top tables, surrounding the bar, she wasn't attentive to us at all. Usually you can ask for samples of the sauces, but when my husband asked her to let me try TWO versions of sauce, she all but rolled her eyes. I just said never mind and ordered a chicken wrap with crispy chicken at the medium buffalo flavor. I actually liked the sauce, but the chicken was grilled and cold. I chalked it up since there was lettuce and such that might've cooled the chicken down. My husband ordered boneless chicken wings, and they too were cold. He sent his back, and they graciously fixed him new ones. They have a happy hour with some good deals (I posted a picture). Watch your receipt though. I ordered two mojitos and was charged full price, even though they were on the happy hour list. Not cool. read more

Check your food for quality and accuracy!! Employees too busy snapping or sitting at the bar.

We came in at 10 pm and the place closes at midnight. We ask if we could sit on the side of the partition with fewer customers due to the crowded noise level nearer the bar. We were told by a staff member that this side had already closed yet we saw ppl getting their orders taken. I tried to explain to the server my son has issues with noise and it was just way to loud by the bar. She finally after the third time said we could sit on that side if we didnt mind them vacuuming. There were at least 20 ppl still seated on this side & I told her we didn't mind the vacuum. By this time we had stood there to the point my son who is on the spectrum had became uncomfortable and we had to leave. This place does nothing with the high ceilings and completely open seating. I felt the lady just wanted us to either sit in the crowd or leave. read more

I've been a customer for years of BWW's but I'm miles from home and wanted some so bad so I went to this location and if I could I would give it 10 stars. The manager Jeff kids awesome and my husband and I RIGHT!!! read more

Rachel was the absolute sweetest waitress I have ever had at any buffalo wild wings locations. She was very attentive and helped us with everything we needed! read more

The service here was horribly slow, it appears as if this establishment cant keep seasoned servers or the servers frankly dont care about there job. Thats not the worst part, the smell inside this building is horrendous, and smells like a dirty teenagers clothes hamper, SOUR. The carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time, and has likely had hundreds of beers spilt. Have been coming to BWW's for many years and this location is very under sub par and a bad representation of the brand. Wings were actually good though. read more

I was up in Cookeville, TN for a month and went to this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I placed an order for 10 traditional wings, in additional to salt and vinegar fries. I requested the mango habanero sauce and fries seasoning on the side. Sadly I did not check the order; picked it up the order and drove home. The wings were very dry like it was reheated. I am from Florida and have enjoyed several Buffalo Wild Wings location. However, I will not be returning to this one. read more

I don't remember what I ate here but what I do remember is that the food was greasy but it was tasty. Their wings were good and their service was ok. We did have to wait for a very long time for our check at the end which was very annoying because our waiter disappeared. read more

Called in my order an hour in advance. Still had to wait twenty minutes after arriving. Wings were burnt up, overcooked, and dry as can be. Wait staff wore AirPods walking around the restaurant. No hostess seating people at all. Mismanaged from top to bottom. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Cookeville, Tennessee

This was our first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings, so we didn't know what to expect. Our waitress was very attentive and very pleasant, which is always good. However, the food was just plain bad. We ordered fried pickles, a side of buffalo chips (fries), and wings. The pickles were pretty good and it's hard to screw up fried potatoes, so they weren't an issue. The wings are where the problems were. We ordered 4 different kinds and they were all incredibly soggy and soggy wings = fatty mess. The flavors were salted all to hell and they were just terrible wings overall. We won't be back to a buffalo wild wings again. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Soggy, fatty mess. These are terrible wings! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Cookeville, Tennessee

They were super slow. Food came out cold. They weren't cleaning tables. The whole restaurant smelled like a foot. Not a fan.

I've been a regular for a while but these past couple of visits have been unacceptable. I waited 30 minutes to Have my water brought to me and then waited 60 more minutes to be told my food order was lost. Meanwhile people around me are leaving after waiting too long. I will no longer come here. read more

So we decided to try their 15 boneless, 15 traditional wing special with the new pizza sauce.. Asked for blue cheese as our dipping sauce. I am traveling from South Africa so I dont carry my passport on me because I could possibly lose it, and if I lose it I can't go back home. YOTI digits ID app Anyway so I let my wife bought the beer so that I can drink it I mean what is wings without beer right... After we got the drinks and stuff I was ready to order and I felt like the waitress was in a rush she seems like she cant get away from us fast enough... Well so I looked around and the other waitresses was pretty friendly and served customers with love.....manager came and talk to me and explained to me why they can take the digital ID so I understand her point She was great food is great Beer is great... read more

I had an email alerting me of a fundraiser and that 10% of the proceeds would go to the Cookeville HS tennis team. That was an excuse to come out on a Monday night and have some wings. I'm thankful that Lisa (server) was quite personable, gave great recommendations, and delivered the order correctly. I hesitate going to BWW because it's just hard to pay $1 per wing. For 10 wings, I could go next door and have an entree with 2 sides (Logans) or across the street to the Golden Corral and have a full buffet for the price of the small wings. Money doesn't go a long way here. This is a special occasion stop for me. read more

Let's be honest, is Buffalo Wild Wings at ANY location a person's favorite restaurant...? Of course not; however, it's pretty steady in terms of what you get: decent wings, decent apps, decent service, decent everything.... except I come to this location and had the misfortune of telling the kind host I was headed to the bar area....literally, NOT ONE wait staff took my order. I was going to have a drink while waiting on a takeaway order for FOUR PEOPLE... even if I was a sh/tty tipper (I'm not), someone could've pocketed @6-8 dollars, just to take my damn order. There are way too many options for this lack of service read more

This place has really gone downhill. There was barely anyone there and our waitress kept asking us if we wanted a box or if we were going to be staying longer, so it felt like she was ushering us out the door. We were there for an hour and a half to watch one half of a football game. Her shift ended before we left and she did inform us that she was leaving. However, when we went to pay, our new waiter hadn't come to the table. Turns out he didn't know he was suppose to have our table. Just seems like every time we go there it gets a little worse each time. Wings were mediocre and have been the last several times we have gone. read more

Came in with friends a couple nights ago, it was later at night so we were seated very quickly and our drinks came out fast. We started out with two orders of the fried pickles which are always fantastic! I had the All American Cheeseburger with Cheese Fries. The Burgers where tender and juicy! The fries had more than enough cheese on them! I wish some of the other restaurants would take a page from your book when it comes to that as I've been less than impressed with cheese fries every where else! I definitely Rank the All American Cheese Burger in my current top 10 of Favorite Burgers! We also liked that you had WWE Smackdown on your TV's as we are all big Pro Wrestling Fans! Definitely will be back again! Keep Doing What You Do! read more

We went in about 9 pm. Waited over 5 min for hostess because the sign said to wait. A worker finally asked us if we needed help. We explained we were waiting for a hostess. She told us there was no hostess and we could seat ourselves. That was fine, but then waited almost 10min for a server, but never got one, so we left. Very disappointing. read more
