I think there was some confusion on our part, since we don't have time deliveries. Thursday when we delivered all of your order except the tent, you then showed the delivery guys where you wanted the tent, We assumed all was good, but then you came in asking for a discount Friday knowing your tent was on its way and your party wasn't until Saturday! In no way were we trying to be rude or unprofessional to you. I truly apologize again for our confusion! We had no clue you took Friday off of work since you showed us where your tent was going up! When you reserve your order we always explain that we will deliver your order between Wednesday and Friday and to just mark off the spot you want your tent or bounce house, so we can take our time to make sure everything is done right. We would never ask our customers to take a day off of work, since we do not have time deliveries, but if our customer decides they would like to be there for the set-up, we will then call before we leave with your order. Sub-rental is very common in the Rental business, to make it one-stop shopping for your convenience. Our delivery guys are specialized in delivering and setting up orders, they aren't aware of when a order is placed! Our team works very hard to make your special event perfect! Thank you!!

He lifted up the cover and showed me after I told him the machine ran hot to the touch and had to keep on shutting machine off to cool off. He should of told me what was going on with it when I was charged $467.00. Again the machine was in deplorable condition. You mentioned it's all about customer satisfaction and how long you have been in business. How about compensating me for the money I spent like giving me half off? We had to wash almost every single one and only ended up having time to wash the front part of them because they were so dirty. It just seemed like they could be hosing these things down between customers. However, their tents were solid and didn't leak, and they are a super nice family owned business. The machine was picked up, repaired and returned to me within a week and it is now purring like a kitten. While Ariens themselves were not very helpful as I was disappointed with the purchase, Schaub spent extra time with me suggesting the best way to maintain the machine beyond the norm especially since it was apparently an older model from the Box store. I could not have received better service and communication about my machine. My biggest regret is that I purchased it from a big box store instead of an authorized repair shop like Schaub that is familiar with the tendencies of the machine.
