Saturday 3pm I call bc my order wasn't ready. He says he doesn't know why it wasn't ready bc he had staff working. I could go get it my self. I said if I wanted to get it myself I wouldn't have placed an online order. I said I am so angry bc that's the only thing he could say and I told him that wasn't good enough. He hangs up on me. I call back he says he hangs up bc I was being rude and mean. I told him to cancel my order. I wrote their customer service. I get an email saying they will cancel it and refund my money and they will escalate my complaint to Regional and someone will contact me. . I get another email saying waiting for my response. I email back I didn't know I had to respond. Next email on Monday. My order was picked up. I email customer service again. I asked for this to be cancelled and refund my card and why is this saying it's picked up. Next email sorry your order was marked picked up. Your card has been refunded. Check my bank. NO REFUND BUT THERE IS A CHARGE. Email. Customer service again. I see no credit but there is a charge and the credit that was showing is no longer showing. Email back sorry 2 screen shots saying your card has been credited. Still no credit showing. Their managers are terrible because their Corporate Office Regional are just the same. Let's see if I get my credit back. Next step is the BBB if I don't see a credit in 48 hrs. I have blocked my order number off the email to show you my email. This is my email where I tell them to credit my card. I place an online order on 9/22/23 @ 2:13 and it was supposed to be ready the same day. On 9/23/23 at 3pm when I did not receive my order I called the store and the manager hangs up on me. I called back and he tells me he hung up on me bc I was rude and he doesn't have to talk to me. I was pissed that my order wasn't ready and it was supposed to be ready yesterday. He said it still wasn't ready but I could go pick it up. I told him to cancel my order and refund my money. I will NEVER shop this store again as long as he is the manager. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I let it go. Not this time.
