Her passion for her company, her store and her team are out of this world!! She is a dedicated problem solver with the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Post pandemic, retail is and has been a tough business, but she manages to always be polite, helpful and a role model for others! Her genuine attitude to assisting customers is always positive and she is always willing to do what she can to help out a customer. Her leadership skills has also helped achieve a friendly work environment (from a customer perspective)! Everyone is always happy and eager to greet and assist customers! Before I retired, I would have given anything to have people like her on my team! I don't know how or if it's possible, but she deserves BBW to recognize and acknowledge her for her amazing leadership, work ethic and dedication, not only to her company but to the customers she helps as well. These rewards are "earned" based on my purchases not a freebie. At the time to check out the associate hatefully informed me I couldn't use them because the owner doesn't allow them to be used on sale purchases despite the certificates indicating they can be used on "any" Hallmark product. When my husband asked about the policy and the woman became more hateful and said "he owns the place and he can do anything he wants." Perhaps that is correct but the owner can rest assured I've spent my last penny in his store and will do my best to let everyone I know to avoid the place too as long as that particular associate is employed there. This is not the first time she has been short and rude but today was over the top. She was hateful and ridiculously defensive of the policy, which by the way was not posted in the store. I filed a complaint with Hallmark Corporate and will be doing the so with the BBB along with reviewing this business on every available website. I hope the policy and the attendant attitude of the employee is worth the loss of business.

The owner messaged me and assured me they don't put wires in their flowers. He sent over a new arrangement with fresh flowers. The arrangement I received Monday for our 35 anniversary was even worse! It was an almost $400.00 arrangement and it was dead by Tuesday. I took it apart to try and salvage some of the flowers; only to discover that two of the orchids were just the bloom wired to a florist pick. Not in water! I certainly don't need to hear from the owner.
