Let me repeat...OUR PHYSICAL BEINGS HAD TO HELP HIM UNLOCK OUR CAR USING OUR PRY BAR AND OUR TOOLS. HE DID NOT COME WITH SUFFICIENT TOOLS. This isn't the problem. He left, and didn't charge us but didn't tell us how the billing system worked either. So, after careful debate, we called the shop. We didnt want to pay out of pocket full price for doing half the work to unlock the vehicle, using our tools, our aid, etc. The service itself took over a half an hour for him to figure it out. So we called the shop and explained and the woman on the phone was quiet. She asked if he charged us, we said no. And she said then it would need to be addressed with the driver. Let me remind you, we did not know prior to this that that was the case. This is still not the issue. The issue was the extremely unprofessional text that the driver text us with. He included that he "did some things he shouldn't have in order to help us", and "should have walked away when he first couldnt open the door". Along with some other things that should never be received from a professional to a client.
