I actually ordered 2 of them (one for my mother-in-law) but I ended up throwing the second away because they were wilted and I had time to go get a different bouquet unlike the one I gave to my mom. My mom is so sweet, and was happy to receive ANYTHING, but my brothers and I were so disappointed. Kitty was nice enough to offer me the money back on one of the bouquets, which I appreciated. However, I had a very hard time accepting the fact that this bouquet was designed this way "because the flowers they included costed more than the ones in the original photo"... I ordered that exact arrangement for a reason. Yes, I am appreciative that I got the amount back that I did, but this never should have been an issue to begin with. I struggle financially, so this was a triple blow to me. I've learned my lesson to never order flowers online. Always go in to a store. I strongly advise you to do the same.
