Tamika was never on time, we had actually face to face class whenever she wanted to, her bad ass son was always screaming, crying and getting into everything, he smelled like shit majority of the time because he needed his diaper changed, she use to say she was going to pick her kids up in the middle of class and she'd come back so late that class was actually over and we'd have to call her and let her know we were leaving, she barely taught face to face, every thing was a fucking recorded lecture, she took forever to post our finally grade so we didn't know if we passed the class til 2 weeks after the course was over. The only reason I passed the course was because I've had previous Medical schooling. I'm a Medical assistant as well as a Phlebotomist now. Dont waste your money please Find somewhere else to go. I honestly never wanted to write a review as I am very reserved, especially when I have to entrust someone with my child's care and wellbeing. (I am a foster to adopt mom and I also hold my license for this, so I try to remain as professional as possible in all situations.) I planned on leaving the facility after the Summer program ended and never looking back, but today was the final straw. The owner decided to speak to me in a very disrespectful deportment in front of children, parents, as well as staff members while picking up my son from the end of the year "Picnic in the Park" event. She loudly made ignorant comments and remarks to me from across the park in an ill-mannered way, as my son and I were leaving. This was the most loutish behavior I have seen thus far from someone who is supposed to be a professional with children under their care. This all originally started towards the beginning of her Summer program after she refused to apologize or even admit that she was wrong about incorrectly adding up the cost of all field trips for the Camp. She began by texting me at 6:44a.m. on Friday July 8, 2022 accusing me of cheating her out of funds for Summer activities. Please also keep in mind that I paid for everything in advance before it was even due. She was in fact incorrect and it was proven. Even with the error on her end she still refused to apologize and had the audacity to have an attitude with me, because she was proven wrong. She stormed out of the building at that time and even continued to show her haughty demeanor on a daily basis since the incident. If a parent is asking for clarification on something it is common courtesy to speak to them with respect; which the owner did not display. I wish that I could post the screenshots of the deranged text messages that were being sent to me by this woman, but it is against policy for Photos and Video Criteria. Hopefully I have been detailed enough though for those in need of a review. If I ever get the go ahead to post the screenshots of the text messages she sent to me I will gladly do this for any proof needed for fellow parents as they have been saved to my device for reference. I previously liked this facility, but I noticed the staff constantly changing and leaving one by one with no notice. She even lost an amazing retired CPS teacher (Mrs. Coleman) and I should have read the writing on the wall after her departure. At this point, the turnover rate is awful and now I understand why. I have witnessed her speaking poorly to her staff first hand and was in absolute shock that she did this in front of me as a parent instead of taking the employee into the office. Please do your due diligence when selecting any facility; as a level of trust is needed since your child is in their hands during the day. This was not the only incident, but after multiple run-ins with the owner, I do not trust that my child would be treated properly in her care. He will no longer be attending this daycare after today, but once again, make sure that you do your own homework in your selection process to make the best decision for your family. I have NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism from someone who is supposed to care for little children. I am just glad that my son will no longer be in attendance there.

I've done the research, it's impossible to delete a Facebook review. I have no idea how they did it, but either way, my voice is being suppressed/silenced. This is unacceptable, and frankly, dangerous. **** A rep from Andy's Hub contacted me via Facebook messenger offering me $17 hourly for 4 students in an eLearning pod. I assume this individual was reaching out in response to an ad I posted in several Facebook networking groups which clearly listed my rates beginning at $30 hourly for eLearning support. Professionals supporting children with eLearning should expect to earn $10-20 per hour, *per child*. These nannies/caregivers typically earn $20+ hourly working with *one* child from *one* family, for childcare-only related tasks. eLearning support is HARD WORK, and should be compensated as such. If you check their website, (please see attached screenshot for reference) for rates, you'll see they charge families $40 hourly, *per child* for "group academic support". So, does that mean Andy's Hub is pocketing $143/per hour (with a 4 hour minimum!!) for groups of 4 students eLearning, and paying the eLearning assistant $17/hour? This organization is a detriment to the professional nanny/caregiver industry. While candidates can certainly decline to work with Andy's Hub, their practices are setting unreasonable compensation expectations for clients, which in turn tanks market rates for experienced professionals in the industry. In this extreme time of volatility and need, Andy's Hub is clearly taking advantage of unprecedented circumstances by undercutting caregivers of well-deserved market rates, and taking advantage of families by severely padding service provider rates, for their own bottom line. Gross.
