On the other hand I can say that there have been ARPN that if covered by your insurance have been decent. However apparently excessive calls from a main office 2024 that are not the most pleasant if you are asking if you are going to attend an appointment and need to reschedule it is not appropriate for any staff to tell you that they are keeping the appointment as scheduled multiple times when you request to reschedule. so in the entire state their contract was not renewed. two major insurance companies commercial. If HMO you will in addition have to pay out of pocket now 2025 for entire medical expense. Not only facility/org. However please note no not impressed in general however there are still decent medical staff in the facility. I will say in last 15 years 2 practitioners have been decent 2024-2025 however unless emergency you very well may get multiple "surprise bills" any ins from the facility. The term "suprise bills is on what to look for on health insurance site. Basically unless you're unconscious likely despite the facility claiming to treat anyone despite insurance and also claim to have department to help if insurance is not covering any part is in essence not true in most cases so plan accordingly

I worked there for, probably, over a year before I realized how very 2 faced she was. She pretends to be sweet and kind but as soon as you turn around, she is cut throat! When she started having meetings to discuss her inability to complete notes in a timely manner...she got worse! Very unprofessional, insecure and fake. Wouldn't recommend Jampani to my worst enemy. On the other hand, Hacker is wonderful to work with...definately confident, generous...I saw him diagnose conditions missed by the specialist. Would see patients if they showed up on the wrong day! The support staff is amazing as well

I do not typically write reviews - either negative or positive - but I feel an ethical obligation…read moreto write one here for prospective clients. Juliana Medrado is very nice and usually diligent about my follow up concerns. However, I do have major concerns about this office. I had to call back frequently to prompt communication following testing, and while I understand the burden on the medical system currently, there is no excuse for negligence of standard of care. It was evident that my inquiry was subjected to the bottom of the pile as it was not deemed urgent enough despite persistent and yet respectful phone calls from myself to them. Each medical staff member who called me back did not have answers for me and I found myself repeating my concerns only to be told to await another call. They were often dismissive and did not understand why I was looking for clarification regarding my test results. I had to strongly assert myself in order to receive a referral to a specialist because they did not personally deem it necessary and challenged what is a basic patient right to a second opinion. While they likely see an influx of patients with health anxiety, they should not view each client through this biased lens or allow it to be a barrier toward addressing patient concerns fairly, with discretion. That being said, patients with mental health challenges are particularly vulnerable to this type of treatment by medical staff. Let this serve as a reminder that these individuals in positions of medical authority have the responsibility to treat every patient concern with dignity, diligence, and empathy - and that nothing short of this should ever be tolerated. I left each conversation with this office questioning my own judgment and this is the opposite of what the patient experience should be. Please be wary of receiving services from this office or any office that causes you to doubt your own expertise, which is that of yourself and your health! I genuinely hope that they do better in the future.

They also noted in my chart that I am a pot user, which I am not. I used the patient portal to have the information corrected and they gave me an attitude, as if it were my fault! They also held my medication until I came in for a visit. Beware of this office.

As my Pepperell Foundation Medical Partners doctor was going downhill, I changed to this facility…read more Funneled through a "new patient" appointment, the doctor drilled through the apparently required checklist, face to the computer recording [who knows] and issued a battery of tests. Not a single "Any concerns?", just a drilldown on the checklist, and a lecture series on Patient Isn't On Track For The Ideal [demanded!]. In a few words, high pressure to conform. Test orders didn't make it to facility doing the tests, had to call their office repeatedly. Historic issues, dispatch to Specialists, who wondered what I was doing there, primary should've handled the issue. $$$$$ tests proved nothing extraordinary I was sent to them for. Lastly, made an appointment with a specialist myself, for an issue primary should've had conversation about (no "Any concerns?"), as it was quite literally as plain as the nose on my face. Specialist ran a test, and I may be destined for surgery for it. Foundation Medical Partners are driving their staff into factory pieceworkers, eliminating their ability to work effectively. Profitable, ye$, ye$$, ye$$$, effective, no.
