These reviews to my right are just way off the wall.BLA BLA BLA…read moreThe Communication sounds like you got it wrong. Regardless my doctor, Dr Fitzgerald is the best,He informs you teaching you of what is going on with you.Explaining, not just coming up with a diagnosis. That makes him a great doctor.I want to be informed .I ask questions. I write questions down so when i get there i make sure i get them all answered. I had some what of a very irritating condition that was prolonged for the week end.I was sat my end.The doctor i saw Debra Margolis, at the walk in clinic. She Was very kind understanding ,I Felt very comfortable with hr.I will choose her as my back up next time that's how at ease i was. i had called ahead to make an appointment. Like the complainers next to me its a busy office.EVERYWHERE IN THE USA.Finding the right doctor is first priority.Thats what counts.

I drove to NH from Massachusetts and waited an hour to have blood drawn. Once served, it was determined no lab orders were available. Called Bedford DMC front office of which they told me lab order was expired (just talked to them a week prior about scheduling labs mind you). Courtney informed me there was nothing she could do. I fasted all night and morning and drove 30+ miles to receive such a nasty response. Hopefully, I will, eventually, get a lab order and do this all over again before my physical exam (not holding my breath). I am very loyal to my primary care physician, Dr. Koshy, and have been seeing him for over 20+ years as I still see him even though I relocated to Massachusetts. However, at this point, I may have to change primary care services to something more local to Massachusetts. This is unfortunate, as Dr. Koshy is the best! However, I cannot say the same for his support staff.

Everyone is nice and friendly. I can always count on them having my best health in mind. And now that I have kids, they go here too and I don't have to wait months and months for an appointment like I would at a busier place like Dartmouth. I like that at the end of my kids appointments, they get free books to promote a love of reading. And I love that Dr Koshy makes me feel like my family is important and they're not trying to rush me out the door to get to the next patient. It's just a great place.

Receptionist called someone and asked if I could come in and she'd do the paperwork later. I heard from the the phone a terse"he'll have to reschedule". The receptionist explained the fifteen minutes early policy (essentially blaming the customer - not acceptable) and said other patients were coming in (the waiting room was empty). I took a day off from work for nothing. There are a million doctors out there, I go elsewhere. The only reason not one stars is the office ladies were very nice and apologetic. Doctors should not forget that patients are customers too.

I received an email from the nurse stating that I could come in early to complete my lab work before my 8:00 a.m. appointment. I woke up very early and drove in to have the labs done, only to find that the lab orders had not been released, even though the office was open. This resulted in a wasted trip and unnecessary delay. Once I finally completed the labs, I called the office to inform them that I would be running late and asked whether I should still come in for my appointment. I was told that it was fine and that I should still come. While I was only three minutes away, I received a call saying my appointment would need to be rescheduled, with the explanation that the person I spoke to had not communicated with the secretary. That is an internal office issue and should not have been made my responsibility. On top of this, the secretary was rude and dismissive, speaking to me as though I were at fault--despite the fact that I followed the instructions given to me by their staff. As a result, I wasted two trips, drove a long distance, and was not feeling well throughout this process. Overall, Dartmouth has been the worst hospital I've dealt with in terms of appointment scheduling, communication, and follow-up. I would not recommend them to anyone, especially the Bedford office.

My insurance denied me. I didn't know I was seeing a midwife, nor was I warned that I could be charged for this provider. Dartmouth Hitchcock showed me no sympathy and told me to always check to see if the doctor is covered in the future. Just outrageous. Ladies, beware.
