NO ten minute run in and outs here! He also has excellent listening skills. He will call you himself in the evenings with results of your tests and it is rare he forgets, but then he can be paged to correct that. Additionally Dr Hanlon will be your champion with anything he can that affects your health, be it your insurer, your pharmacy, your specialist, your hospital. Despite that he dislikes the health care bureaucracy as much as the patient does, he does not leave you at your own devices to fight it. His diagnostic skills and knowledge are spot on and he is totally open to learn new things, even from patients. Finally a doctor who cares first about healing the entire patient, not treating you like a mere statistic whom they can apply the newest fad treatment on.

I would like to recognize how very professional right from arrival in the ED, Heather was AMAZING!! SO professional and accommodating, offering food and drink and a room for privacy. Mom was transported to the 2nd floor, where the MOST incredible nurse Greg OGrady took the reins. He was attentive and gentle taking the time to explain every step of her care and making sure she and the family felt secure and supported. What stood out most was the genuine humanity behind the care. My mother was not just a patient ; she was treated like a person whose comfort and dignity mattered. In a time that was stressful and emotional for our family. I wanted to mention Yvonne as well, who was so caring right until the end, as well as her hospice nurse. Most times you are referred to a PA Even when a patient has a very serious condition that leads to hospitalization and death. Also, the staff And doctors don't have time to answer requests for refills on prescriptions. I finally called today because a request from my pharmacy has no follow up at DMC. I was told today they are 900 prescriptions behind.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and communication from this office. Despite those assurances, it took 11 days for my prescription to actually be refilled, creating unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The issues continued when I had a physical appointment scheduled, only for the office to cancel it the day of and reschedule me with a new provider. That provider then canceled the appointment the day before it was supposed to happen. The final incident was especially concerning. I brought my 8-year-old son to the walk-in clinic one evening, and despite there being no patients waiting, we were refused care because the office claimed I had transferred his care elsewhere. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since my entire family had been patients at this practice. Healthcare requires trust, communication, and reliability. Unfortunately, after these repeated experiences, we no longer feel confident continuing care here and will be transferring our entire family to another practice.

Anne said on a Thursday to just rest and she'd see my wife that following Monday. That Saturday she was rushed to the ED and admitted until Monday. When I did call and complain about her lack of concern or her refusal to call in an antibiotic until that Monday they acting all sorry. Complete bullshi* Originally they said that she could switch Drs. Before she had a chance to look up the other Drs they mailed out a letter saying they'll no longer be caring for my wife and sent her the consent to release information forms when she finds a new Dr. So she has CHF, still has pneumonia and is extremely weak still and they cut her lose. Don't go to them if you care about your loved ones. If my wife listened to Anne and waited until Monday to see her, she would have had a heart attack drowning in her own fluids. Unethical, unprofessional and absolutely no compassion. Shame on those rotten people
