Dr. Hanlan provides personalized care like no other. You met one on one with him for over an hour,…read moreand discuss all the options, and information. He misses nothing. This is care found in the olden days and is now a rarity. He runs the office himself on with a pt receptionist so things do run behind. He is not affiliated with an HMO or mega conglomerate which is refreshing. I highly recommend dr. Hanlan. I feel he cares about me and we work toward a goal, together as a team.

Dr. Hanlon, originally an internal medicine guy, runs this small family practice in a unique way…read more He keeps the bureaucracy and staffing to a minimum and spends huge amounts of time with the patient. NO ten minute run in and outs here! He also has excellent listening skills. He will call you himself in the evenings with results of your tests and it is rare he forgets, but then he can be paged to correct that. Additionally Dr Hanlon will be your champion with anything he can that affects your health, be it your insurer, your pharmacy, your specialist, your hospital. Despite that he dislikes the health care bureaucracy as much as the patient does, he does not leave you at your own devices to fight it. His diagnostic skills and knowledge are spot on and he is totally open to learn new things, even from patients. Finally a doctor who cares first about healing the entire patient, not treating you like a mere statistic whom they can apply the newest fad treatment on.

I have been going to DMC for almost 30 years, I love my doctor so I continue going here, but they…read morehave grown so much that communication is nil! Too many people and a lot of outsourcing so you cannot even speak to corporate or admins in person. Messages are almost never returned, follow ups never addressed (they've LOST important paperwork and no one cares), phone numbers are incorrect even though you correct them each time. They used to have a handful of doctors that were good at their job, now they have so many MD's, PA's, NP's and DO's that it seems they hire anyone looking for a position. The few I have encountered when my doctor was unavailable, are useless. They don't know you nor take the time to review your history. My son has had issues with DMC for several years and finally left and found a doctor he loves. I would urge you to consider how important it is to your health to seek someone who is aware of you OR go to a factory where you can be just another number.

These are the worst medical people on the planet. Fiat doctor pill pushers is what you're gonna get…read morewhen you go to these people. I had Dr. DAN and I asked him to do my bloodwork and he would not do it. He gave me what he wanted to give me because he's an insurance doctor and he pushes pills for a living. So I did my own bloodwork and I wanted to talk it over with Dr. DAN but he would not return my phone calls for four weeks. So I decided to make an appointment, but Dr. DAN wouldn't see me. I guess he was very very busy so I saw Dr. Kim. I had everything sent over so I could look at my results and I sent them a copy so they could look at my results but when I got to the office, she didn't have the copy and she said oh let me see your phone. I did not want to give her my phone as it's my phone so I gave it to her. She scanned it and said oh no you're fine. I wanted to go over my bloodwork, not being told that I'm fine. I know how I feel. The problem is this is the only medical place around, so I'll be driving somewhere else from now on. In the big picture, it's not dairy medical's fault. The whole medical industry is fraught with this kind of medicine. These doctors don't know any better. They're only taught what they're taught unfortunately they still have an arrogant attitude of. I went to school for so long to prescribe pills so Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else
