To make matters worse, the movers took the key to our storage unit, which was unlocked, so we are unable to access our clothes for work. Owner told us wed have to wait until Monday morning to get the key ... then they would move back the items the screws up in taking despite written instructions. Ridiculous and poor customer service.

His quote was immediate and very fair. The booking process was shockingly simple and they came THE NEXT DAY! Kyle and Sam showed up exactly at the designated time, on-the-dot! We were so impressed by that. They were super friendly to my dog, who was on-duty with her protection services (she is a 10-lb Terrier "guard dog"), even when she was barking at them (she must be best friends with everyone). I appreciated that. Dogs can always tell when someone is a good person! They were so efficient with our furniture and they didn't even use dollies, etc. Just good old fashioned hard work from nice people. They truly worked so hard and were very friendly to do business with. It can sometimes be so anxiety inducing to hire strangers and have them in your home. We trust them. They are also a newer business that started around one year ago and serve a pretty large area. I recommend Junk Guys for your removal needs and we would absolutely use them again!
