I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the company not supporting the employees and the manager. For the 2-4 employees that are there and the manager--they really do try their best to get you out in a rental in a decent amount of time. Just know there will be a bit of a wait but they are working as fast as they can to help everyone. Respect to the manger and employees especially with how hot it's been recently.

I literally had the car for 1 1/2 days before the car died through no fault of my own and I specifically called the location with EMILY and explained this was my only income and I'm coming out of homelessness and asked if I was able to get a Lyft up there if I was going to get a replacement for free for sure because I can't afford to get the Lyft if not and EMILY stated I could and when I arrived she lied and laughed and smiled while I cried because I started to stress. I demanded a refund for the remaining 5 days since they had the car back and I brought the keys back. EMILY said I couldn't get a refund and only thing that could be done is if I pay $336 for a new rental. Which is total b*******. How is it fair that I have to pay $336 for barley 2 days if a rental?!?! That's not right nor was that ever stated!!! I have been trying to get a refund through hertz billing for over a week and now nobody will even answer me! I'm pissed and will be going higher up and will spread this to absolutely everyone!!!!! That being said, I have to say that I have just had the most wonderful experience at Enterprise Car Sales. From the minute we walked on the lot, we were treated respectfully, honestly and were able to joke with our salesman, Mike Ellis. I HIGHLY recommend speaking with this man if you are in the market for a well-maintained used car. This man never pushed, never prodded, asked the appropriate questions and did it with a smile on his face. He was honest, forthcoming and just a pleasure to deal with. And he found me the car I wanted - that I loved. And then he brings in that pushy little person -- you know, the "closer" -- who goes over the financing with you. Except she wasn't. Lisa Darby was a pleasure to deal with - went through the information thoroughly and was honest as the day is long. She did her job efficiently and all with a smile on her face. And she drinks coffee :) I was a bit sad when I drove off the lot in my new/used dream car. A hug goodbye from both Mike and Lisa after I made them play staff photographer and sync my phone and go over features gave me a little tear in my eye. A dream team to be sure!

That was 6 weeks ago, and still no contact. When there is a problem, they say the customer is crazy (gaslight). Then, in public view they pretend like they care, but show they don't by privately ignoring the customer (fake public image). Enterprise car sales customer service is pathetic. Buy a car from a company that cares.

Last week I was in a difficult situation. I needed to be in Santa Fe for a funeral, but had been having problems with my own car and didn't trust it to get me there and back. In the process of renting I encountered an obstacle. However, I spoke to Jose (the assistant manager) for help. He didn't hesitate to help figure out a way around the issue, and I was able to pay my respects without worrying about my transportation.
