I brought back the vehicle in the same condition it was given to me -- except for minor road dirt spots (it rained) which, to be clear, was already dirty and worn when I received it. Despite that, I was later hit with a cleaning fee. Let that sink in: I was given a dirty vehicle and then charged as if I returned it that way. There was no walk-around, no discussion, no opportunity to address anything at the time of return -- just a charge after the fact. That's not customer service, that's a cash grab. This whole rental was already an issue. I reserved a Tahoe/Yukon months in advance, had corporate reach out to the pickup location two weeks prior, and still got the wrong vehicle. So to then deal with this on the return side just adds to the frustration. Between the lack of accountability, poor communication, and questionable charges, this location doesn't exactly inspire confidence. I'll be disputing the fee and taking my business elsewhere.

But I lucked out when I was greeted by this amazing woman. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she showed me where to choose my car and since I'm a Presidents Club member I was told, I can have any car under the President Circle lot. Amazing service. The thing surprised me is that they need to charge a 650 dollar deposit, i never experienced such thing. This is my very first time using budget, mostly i use National, never need to pay deposit. So a week later, when i return the car, i asked about my deposit, the lady said yeah, no problem, the 200 dollar deposit will be returned. I got really confused. Now the deposit is no longer 650? Very confusing!

There's a bit of nostalgia here -- I still remember when the car rentals were on-site. Over the years, there have been some solid improvements, and this is one of the few airports that really gets it -- especially with the no carpet flooring, which makes a noticeable difference when you're rolling luggage. Parking rates are reasonable, which is another plus. My biggest knock is the food -- it's pretty underwhelming overall and could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, a well-run, user-friendly airport with a few areas to improve -- but still one of my go-to's. Saluti.

Pretty simple and haven't had much of an issue with it yet. The only issue I've ever experienced were the long lines at the kiosk to print a baggage tag and the lines to drop off after. It was always super crowded and crazy. This is how it usually is early in the morning. I flew out last week on 3.6.26 and surprisingly, it wasn't crowded. It was also about 10:30am so Im not sure if maybe it's less busy around that time or if the new changes made by SW affected anything. TSA pre-check was also shorter than usual. Before and after you go through security check point, there are plenty of places to grab snacks, a meal and/or drinks. I usually just grab a light snack and a coffee so I haven't actually ate at any of the restaurants inside before but Im sure you can find something you'll like. Seating at the gate can fill up quick so get there early for a spot, or you can chill at the bar/restaurant until you board.

The car was clean and ran well. No issues at all. Paul was the person that I returned the car to. We talked about the fact that I would have liked the refuel option. He told me that I could purchase the half tank and made that happen. That's going beyond every day customer service. Thank you, Paul for going above and beyond. BTW: This is not the first time I have rented from Fox and had a good experience. Just my first review.

Also, when you return the car, within the 24 hour time period, they charge a late fee because instead of 24 hrs, they give you 20! Then, when you give them a bad rating on google, the owner responds that they will rectify the situation if you fill out a form ( this makes everyone think he is a nice guy) but then Fox rent a car does nothing and goes on encouraging the counter personnel to do a bait and switch for the next sucker. It's clean and modern with numerous restaurants to choose to dine in. I read, and there are plenty of signs, but you really have to pay attention because the signs are confusing. Because I hadn't ever been here before, nor did I do my homework, I discovered that all the cars, personal and rental, are located away from the airport. I didn't find this out until I followed the signs a ways until I arrived at the location where the shuttle picks you up and takes you to your vehicle. Luckily, it looked like the shuttle was going one direction. And it seemed like a really long trip. It was crowded on the shuttle as well. I was afraid I had gotten on the wrong shuttle. Anyway, at the end of the line, I got off to pickup my rental car.

Needless to say it wasn't welcoming at all. But wow, what a transformation. I love the openness of this terminal and all of the windows.
