It's a smaller-sized location, but they actually had a pretty solid selection of vehicles on the lot. Even with the smaller footprint, they handle all the usual rental services without any fuss. What stood out most was how straightforward everything was. There was no pushy sales tactics, no unnecessary add-ons, just simple, honest service. The check-in and checkout process was quick, and I appreciated being able to get out the door without a long wait. Staff kept things efficient, and the car I got was clean and ready to go. Racial profiling & poor technology. I just relocated from out of state and got a temporary license while my physical one comes in (Indiana takes your old one from out of state). Confirmed with corporate and website it's okay to use a temporary one as long as you brung your passport . i did that and the guy insisted anyone can forge a temporary license . he scanned my passport card and it went through. he still declined to rent the vehicle . "I'm not sure what country you're from and I don't know if I can rent it to you because you don't have a plastic license and cant scan that into the machine as well. I use rental cars frequently, several times every month, as I travel for work. I use many Budget locations, mostly at airports. This is my favorite location anywhere, not just for Avis/Budget but any other car rental brand. Picking up a rental is very fast and easy. My car is always ready, and I am in and out and on my way. The employees here are super friendly. Great customer service. The cars are always newer and very nice. They are always spotlessly clean, inside and out. Even the trunk has been vacuumed. The gas tank is full, which I appreciate. Another national car rental brand that I used to use would often have only a quarter or eighth of a tank of gas and the agent would just tell the customer to match the fuel level. Once they gave me a car that had NO gas, the fuel light was on and the rental agent told me I had better go to the nearest gas station. I told my company that I was not going to use that brand of rental car ever again,no matter how "enterprising " their sales pitch might be. I will only use Avis/Budget now. I highly recommend this Avis/Budget location. Definitely the best place to rent a vehicle. read more

My family and I were on our first vacation, our truck was struck by lightning in Florida so we had to rent a vehicle with what little money we had left. We left on Saturday and dropped the rental off on Sunday, cleaned it's interior at crew car wash and filled the tank. Filled out the packet and dropped keys off. Tuesday rolls around and we find out they lied and said tank wasn't full and we kept it two extra days, completely draining the rest of our bank account. Preyed upon a family in need, terrible company. Stay far away! read more

WATCH your billing. 100% of our rentals from this location had billing errors! (ALL in their favor) She doesn't care that we have to do the calling & follow up after each time we rent from them. The cars are never clean. Dirty & mud on the inside of the front doors this time. Dusty dash boards. We had to wipe down the inside of the windshield. We will not rent from them again. read more

I normally don't give bad reviews but I have to do this to warn other people. I have several rented vehicles from other places but this place has the worst customer service. Staff there was not very friendly or accommodating. First off I reserve a 12 seater Ford transit van which is a much nicer vehicle in their website. Instead I get a Chevy express that was in bad shape. It smelled like urine in the back seat and had damage step rail, chips in the windshield, oil life indicator was on. There was loose panel too in the cargo compartment. The suspension on the Chevy express was very stiff and makes for a very uncomfortable ride. Then upon pickup they are so short staffed that I picked up out vehicle they were late in giving the car. When I gave it back 30 -40mins late on scheduled drop off, they were very happy to charge you an extra day. I the. asked them to reconsider the late charge, They even lectured me about returning it on time and even threatened to pull up surveillance camera to prove they right. the customer service in the place is the worst I've ever dealt with. everybody has an attitude about them, and that the customers are interrupting them. my corporation reserved a car for me, but they guy behind the counter charged the reservation to my card instead of the corp card. I had a horrible experience just trying to get my money back. the guy behind the counter even admitted he didn't know what he was doing. his ignorance overdrew my account for two days and then they were unwilling to help me. also, they DO have night drop even though their website says they don't. when I mentioned it to the girl as I dropped the car off she just shrugged. I didn't really want to go in there and deal with your incompetent people, so that would've been nice to know at 9 pm last night when I got home. sadly, I'll have to continue to use them since my corp has a contract... My parent's made a car reservation online on September 4, 2017 with Avis, but going through Costco travel for their trip to Charlevoix, Michigan. They specifically wanted Sirius XM in the car they rented. They were gone October 15 through the 19th of October, but they picked it up on the 14th of October, They found out that was the same week as the Noblesville Schools were on fall break, so they planned ahead and did the reservation far in advance, so they made sure they got a car with Sirius XM. The day they went to pick up the rental car, they were told by the gentlemen at the desk that they didn't have any cars that had Sirius XM radio on them. My parent's felt like they should have saved them a car with Sirius XM. He didn't even offer to get us another car from another Alvis rental that had Sirius XM. My parent's were very disappointed with the service they received. My mom took the rental car back on the 21st of October and said the young lady at the desk was very unfriendly and very unprofessional. Never greeted her with a hello, when she walked in the door. My parent's have never had this bad experience from this location. If this becomes more of a problem, my parent's will rent from another location. read more

Under new ownership. Two cars in two weeks were not clean. Had to exchange one car and have the other one vacuumed due to dog hair in the backseat. I did call the area manager who assured me he would correct the problem with the new owner. if this problem isn't fixed I will go to a different location. read more

I called to reserve a car that I really needed for the next day. I made the reservation, but when I arrived, I was informed that they were out of cars. They said they called to tell me. Yes, they did, about 30 minutes before my scheduled pick up time when I was already driving to the place. At 5:45 pm, there was little I could do to find another car, SO only rent from this place if you really don't care if they have really have a car for you. read more
