They…read morecalled me the morning I was supposed to pick up the car and told me they didn't have any cars and tried to tell me I made the reservation the day before pick up when I had several emails confirming the reservation well before the date of pick up. And since they waited until the day of to tell me they couldn't help me I had no other options. Instead of paying $85 for a rental car to drive the the airport and leave my personal car safe at home I had to pay $160 to park my car for the week and risk my vehicle getting damaged. Avis may be cheap but Enterprise has far superior service, I'll be going back to them.

I arrived at my scheduled time and there was just one person ahead of me and they were wrapping up so I didn't wait long. I have rented from other locations and there have been long lines so I was impressed that my wait was less than 5 minutes. The person checking me in was nice. He moved along quickly and let me know they only had two cars they could rent, a Toyota, or a very tiny car which shall remain nameless! I told him either were fine because I was in a bit of a hurry, he said you know what, let me get the Toyota ready for you I think you would be better suited in that car. I said sure okay. He went to get the keys and came back to let me know that it didn't have enough gas in it to rent it and that someone was going to run to the gas station to fuel it if I didn't mind waiting. I let him know I would go ahead with the tiny car. He talked it up letting me know it was pretty new and that maybe I would love it. I liked that he know it was a downgrade but tried to make the best of it, not just assuming that car would be fine, so I appreciated his humor. We checked out the car quickly, signed a few documents and I was on my way. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I have rented from other Enterprise before which I will not name the location and I was not charged a $300 deposit. This located charged a $300 deposit which I find a bit unusual. Since I was paying with a credit card not a debit card, seems like I shouldn't also be charged such a large deposit for a day rental. Just my feedback, when I mentioned it the guy helping me said all locations should be doing that and maybe they didn't because I rented several times at that location. Maybe. Not sure, but since it is with my work company seems that shouldn't be a thing, that's why not the 5 stars. Otherwise my experience was fine. I see the lower ratings from other people and it seems like it was around the insurance coverage. My credit card company provides really good coverage in addition to my own coverage plus my company coverage so that wasn't an issue for me.

After having a flood in our basement, we rented an industrial dehumidifier from Sunbelt in…read moreNoblesville. We had experienced OK rentals in the past with them via a community group we worked with so we had high hopes. We planned for a week-long rental and picked up the unit at the end of the day on Tuesday. After not seeing any water running from the outlet hose on Wednesday morning and seeing no water when the system purge was activated, we didn't believe the unit was working properly. Our other dehumidifiers were producing water and the humidity level in the basement was obvious. In addition, we found that the unit was leaking water from it's bottom onto the basement floor, which was causing more issues with dehumidifying the basement. Thursday morning, the unit was returned to the store noting the issues. The weekly rental was $140 and I would have reluctantly paid for 2 days of my 7-day rental at $40. However, since we returned the unit after only 2 days, Sunbelt insisted on the $45 daily rate. After some argument from my husband, they allowed a $10 reduction for our "trouble". So we paid ~$85 for a 2-day rental of a non-functional, problematic unit. I believe that, since the unit we rented did not work properly, we should not have been charged at all. The best resolution would have been to receive a working unit to fulfill the remainder of our 7-day rental. Instead, we purchased a new home dehumidifier and felt Sunbelt had taken advantage of our situation as flood victims. Update: After sending an e-mail of this situation to the manager, got a call from him even though it sounded like he was on vacation in Florida. He apologized and offered lots advice on water damage management. He offered to set us up with carpet fans today if we wanted and said that he would take care of crediting us when he returned to the store. Timing didn't allow to get the fans but it was nice to get a personal response and resolution.

Website shows a Lincoln under Fleet and is described as "luxurious fleet of vehicles," and I was picked up in a black Impala Sedan that had crumbs in the seats and a trunk dirty with grass. I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.
