I had an excellent experience with Budget Mirrors Direct! My husband and I are converting a bedroom into a home gym and we wanted to get large mirrors to mount on the wall. We ordered two 4'x6' mirrors online with safety backing and wall mounting kits. The website says it can take anywhere from two to six weeks for delivery. We placed our order on 5/30 and I was contacted on 6/2 to arrange a delivery date of 6/5. What an awesome surprise. Tim was very easy to communicate with and showed up exactly when he said he would for delivery. He carried the two mirrors into our home and gave us a few installation tips. Thanks for such an easy purchase! Note: As of 6/5/20 this company does not cut mirrors or install them. They have specific size mirrors they sell on their website. read more

Tim has excellent quality mirrors and service that goes above and beyond. I ordered 3 4'x6' safety backed mirrors and hardware, and Tim provided everything needed to install the mirrors in the hardware kit. He has 6 and 12 foot mirror holders, so you can install them horizontally. 4 foot holders for a vertical installation. The mirrors have perfect clarity and reflect an HD image without distortion. The quality is noticablely great, and the safety backing covers the entire rear of the glass. On the day of delivery, Tim kept me updated on his ETA, and he was a very good communicator via phone and text. When he delivered the mirrors, he took care to place the mirrors at the install site. What an incredible and very personal experience in doing business with this company. I had originally ordered mirrors from one of their biggest competitors and after 5 weeks of still not having the mirrors I ordered, I gave up and requested my money back. Incredibly happy with the service and quality! I was skeptical at first to find the best price around for a gym mirror. So skeptical I thought these reviews were bias. I emailed them first to gauge their service and I do not regret going with them. I initially bought my gym mirror through another ecommerce site but it was delivered shattered and really wasn't up for trying for another shipment. I went to lengths to even call around mirror and glass companies in the local surroundings, but it was too pricey due to labor cost I think. Tim the owner was reliable and responsive. They do not charge delivery fee and they hand deliver the mirrors themselves, customer service is beyond. They do not install, but he has a helpful youtube video and it's fairly straight forward if you have a stud finder. The hardware is also provided, j bar, some screws and clips. It's a two person job for sure. I haven't installed it yet, but it leans nicely against the wall. High quality mirror, super clear, polished and beveled I think. Nick the delivery driver was careful to mask up and brought the mirror into our garage. Overall service, price, and quality is unmatched. read more
