I don't know why I hired this company. I think I had hired them for a previous job and not had any real issues. This time was a very different story! First, upon scheduling the dumpster, they tell me that it will be delivered either Thursday OR Friday, but that they "will let me know". At 7:20am on Thursday morning I hear a truck horn outside of my house, repeatedly honking. After a while I get a knock on the front door and call on my cell phone. So, no, they did not let me know, they just showed up at an unreasonable hour, honking their horn, and waking up the neighborhood! As the driver is dropping off the dumpster in the backyard I see graffiti on the side of it. I will include the picture of the dumpster they were attempting to drop off in my house. I immediately called the office and told them that they were NOT going to leave that in my yard! They needed to take that out of here and bring a different one! So he said he would try to get one out to me later that day, but it might not be until tomorrow. I asked, "Are you going to let me know this time when you're coming?" Yes, they would let me know. Well, guess what? That's right, another truck shows up later that afternoon, honking its horn outside of my house. Mind you, if they attempt to drop it off and I was not home to receive it for any reason, I have to pay a $150 fee! I could have been in the shower, or at the store! Their excuse it that the driver isn't allowed to use his phone while driving. That's the stupidest shit I've ever heard. A) are you telling me he didn't get on his gps to know where he was going to next? Or did he memorize his entire day's trip before leaving your place of business? B. He never calls in to confirm drop offs or pick ups? I assume he does this while he's stopped!?! No? Finally, I have the dumpster. We fill it and call for it to be picked up. Boy! Do these companies have their asses covered! So, they can come anytime between 7am and 6pm, but if they can't get to it by 6pm that day, it rolls over to the next day! And they can continue doing that for up to 4 days! So, you thought the cable company was bad giving you a 6 hour window!?! Well, dumpster companies give you an 11 hour, 4 day window! They literally expect you to sit and wait at home for four days! Again, they put it in the notes that I needed a call beforehand. But, do you think I got a call? Hell no! And guess when they came? That's right! On the fourth day! They literally expected me to be waiting at home for 4 days just in case their driver showed up honking his horn! If I hadn't been home I would have been fined $150. I hope I never have to rent a dumpster for anything ever again, for as long as I live. read more

This has been the most frustrating experience I've had in a long time. I ordered the dumpster rental to be delivered last Friday and they never came. I called to follow up several times and I was told it would be delivered Saturday morning. Saturday the dumpster never came. I left several messages, called, sent texts (like they asked), sent emails and 3 days later I have not yet received any clear response on status. I'm now trying to get my money back and have not been successful in getting that either. STAY AWAY! This feels like a scam to me. So upset about the whole experience and lack of professionalism. I see several bad reviews on this company. This is not one of them. I have never rented a dumpster before, so I didn't know what to expect. Needless to say, I was a bit nervous. Big trucks, little neighborhoods, bushes, shrubs, oh my! Well BD was there for me every step of the way. They must have "cleaned up their act"... (see what I did there?) :-) Anyway, I call the number, booked the dumpster, and it all went well from there. I received an email confirmation after I ordered, and when the dumpster arrived. I even sent an email over the weekend, not really expecting a response; but I got one; inside an hour. Then, I was able to schedule the pickup online. They came and got the dumpster, and off they went. In all this, no bushes, grass, or anything else was damaged at all. The driver was very skillful! If it was possible to give this company a ZERO, I would. This is the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE, I have had with a dumpster rental. I have called numerous times trying to get clarity as to when EXACTLY MY DUMPSTER WILL BE DELIVERED. I booked the dumpster rental on Saturday June 11, 2022. Initially I received a delivery date of June 15th which is clearly printed on my contract. On June 14th I received a text indicating that my dumpster won't be delivered until June 15th between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. I have called 6 times since and spoke with a different rep each time and EVERY REP GAVE ME THE RUN-AROUND! Each rep promised that they would check with the delivery truck would arrive with the dumpster. IT'S 5:49 PM I HAVE RECEIVED NO CALLS AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DUMPSTER! I called Budget Dumpster to drop off a 2 ton dumpster at my business telling them all I was putting into it was CARDBOARD and 2 tons was plenty they charged me $379 on December 27 for the rental which they picked it up a few days later well today which is 2/5/18 they charge my card $116.80 telling me that I was over weight there is no way that we were over weight and if we were why did they wait over a month to charge me for the over weight? sounds a little fishy to me. RUN!!!!! We wish we had read these reviews before hiring these people!!!! They are not more affordable, therefore there is ZERO reason to choose them! We have been attempting to have a dumpster picked up for over week and they have not. They originally said we filled it too much. So we had another dumpster delivered to empty some of the contents. They took 5 days to pick up the SECOND dumpster and the 1st is still there. We call at least 5 times a day and every time it is story time. One guy will say we never requested a pick up, mind you we have emails, the second will say it is too heavy, and we say yes but we emptied it a week ago. I want to say it is comical, but it has held up the construction of my FLOORS for over a week and a half now so not exactly funny! Against my own judgement I went ahead and booked this company now here I am with no dumpster, and no refund. It's not worth the hassle for the money they make you "feel" you saved. I scheduled a delivery for Friday several days before, and Friday evening at 6pm one rep said it's on the schedule for Saturday (without my consent) and the other said its on the schedule for Monday. I had a strict time window to clean out my aunts house because I live out of town, and had travel plans scheduled. Now I have to reschedule my 1 day round trip flight at my expensive and no word on a "refund" from budget rental until Monday. Do what please but my advice would be to STAY AWAY from this company. FYI the CS reps are helpless because they are not in real-time communication with the company that is actually delivering dumpsters. All they can do is send a message and wait, just like you... I rented a 1 1/2 ton 22ft dumpster. Service was good but when they took to the dump they told me it was almost double in ton 2.94. I find that hard to believe sine 1 1/2 ton is 3000lbs and there is no way I put 6000 lbs I. There. I did t even fill it all the way and there was nothing significantly heavy in there. I have nothing good to said about this experience. First of all when I call to place the order the person how help me told me that if the trip was delayed I will receive $150 back. Well, that didn't happened. I received the dumpster one day after. When I place the order I give specific instructions where to place the dumpster, they did exactly the opposite, leaving the dumpster in front of my garage door, which made imposible to park the cars. When I called back they apologize and told me that they will send someone to move the dumpster the next day. Well, that also didn't happened. They show up 2 days later to move it to the right place. I called on Wednesday, December 2 to schedule a pickup. They told me that pick up was scheduled for Friday, December 4th. I still have the dumpster on my house and every time I called they don't know what is happening and they just apologize. I explain that my association was give me a hard time already because I extended the time frame I was given and they still haven't done anything. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Be very careful with this company! I contacted a sales rep and I explained that I was renovating my house and would be dumping tile, dry wall and wood. I explained the specific details i.e. size of house ect..sales agent suggested a dumpster size and we were done. Delivery and pick were great no problems. The problem appears when the company charges me another rental fee a month later. So the dumpster that I paid 450 for was now 900. They said I exceeded the weight limit and that I would have to trust them on the weight! Hidden fees, over the weight limit that I can't confirm. BEWARE . This company is worst dumpster company i have had to deal with. The regular company we deal with couldn't help us out at this specific location up north so we found this company online. We have been in business since 1972 and never dealt with a worse company. We ordered a dumpster for pick up and delivery for a new one 30yard they never showed up and not even a phone call with explanation. since my project could not stop and they didn't show up, we had to rent a trailer to load it with the excess trash of that days work and dump it myself. You can only image the time and labor it was Huge extra expense wasn't planning on. Then they decided to come by with the new dumpster and pick up 2 days after the delivery date. Once we filled that dumpster we called dec 19th to pick up again before christmas because its a building and it was necessary to pick it up and sure enough they didnt come through for us. They said the soonest was the 26th after Christmas. Now the building is mad at us for having the dumpster outside and dont understand how it cant be picked up by the company. Now budget dumpster ruined the Christmas experience for my clients and the clients are blaming me when its not my fault. now i have to spend more money on gifts for all the building to fix the problem. Let me begin by saying that my experience with Budget Dumpster was horrific. First, they never showed up when expected on a Friday to deliver a dumpster to my home for an addition I was doing. I ordered it well in advance and paid via credit card as required. Construction people don't care that the dumpster hadn't arrived. Therefore, all the waste went into my yard. I called that morning to verify that they would be there and they confirmed they would be there before 5:00. When it was past 5:00pm, and no one had shown up, I called but their offices were closed until Monday with no emergency number. They didn't show up for another week. My yard was full of brick and wood and tiles. They finally showed up a week later and I now had to pay the workers extra to put all the waste into the dumpster that should have been there a week ago. To add insult to injury, they call me several months later to advise me that I owe them an additional $221 for overage waste inside the dumpster. I told them I was never advised there was a weight limit, only a line that you could not go past (which I did not go past). The lady tells me, "I should have guesstimated how many 'tons' were in there". How do you guesstimate tons inside a giant dumpster, I tell her. Then what is the line for, I tell her? She says, "You just have to guesstimate how many tons you're putting in". I felt I was on candid camera. They went ahead and fraudulently billed my credit card number that I had originally given them for the payment of the dumpster. This was my experience. No stars were not an option. read more
