I hadn't used Avis before, I was referred on by another company I have used in the past as they were out of buses. Can I say I will be going straight back to Avis for any car or bus I hire. Took only five minutes to do the paperwork and another couple of minutes to show me the ins and outs of the vehicle. As we were shifting a whole house full of furniture, the lift on the back was much appreciated and as the transmission was automatic, it was nice and easy to drive (allowing for the size difference between the truck and my car!)
