Anyway, whenever something happens to my car I bring it to Pooraka Panel Repairs. Being local and RAA approved helps immensely. I've never had a need to go back to them after a repair, they've always just done a top job with no frills. The guys who run the place are up front and honest. They let you know every step they took to get your car back on the road and make sure you're happy with the repair job before you leave the shop. They really do go that little extra mile and seem like they really do give a damn, and that's what makes all the difference.

The lack of communication and made up stories just keeps rolling in when prompted for answers. The last straw was when he hung up on me, a customer. That really just shows the type of man I was dealing with. Poor customer service and poor attitude. Even if it is RAA Approved business, it mean very little in this case.
