They have online frequent updates, divided secure classrooms with lots of open windows and visibility, and set curriculum at every single age to advance your kids learning. Currently our oldest child is already at math and reading above her grade level and I credit the continued support this Kindercare provided us.

The staff is incredible, they are saints and love my child. The infant room is fantastic, they are pros at baby care. My child is learning how to prep for prek and I have no doubt they will be ready. Every day I get multiple pictures and reports of their progress. I get their full eating, napping and planned activity schedule. When I pick up and drop my child off the staff is so happy to see us. The director is always available and is the kindness soul. I don't worry about my child when I drop them off because I know they are in good hands.

Notable problems included: being denied age-appropriate class placement, discovering prioritization of new enrollments for financial reasons, and lack of adherence to the agreed-upon hybrid class plan. My child faced exclusion and discrimination following his special needs diagnosis. Teachers were unhelpful in addressing his needs, and we were abruptly told they couldn't care for him. An ADA complaint was filed, and they're under investigation. Preschool enrollment was denied due to incomplete potty training, despite available services. Alternative arrangements for IEP services were rejected. While some staff showed genuine care, the owner's absence and focus on profits were concerning. He struggles with ADHD and has been to more daycares than I can count on two hands. Lion is 6 and went to Wasatch Charter down the street, where his days were very hard! Children's cottage would pick him up and his day would turn around. Many days when picking up Lion he didn't want to leave. This told me one very important thing! That's kids could be kids there. That he felt seen and that his needs were being met. He genuinely had so much fun each and every day! The 2nd thing I have to say is the director/owner Dave and his wife are truly angels. They went above and beyond for my family in multiple ways. You can tell when people truly care about others! And they truly do. The polices at this daycare are exactly what we were looking for. Namely, the teachers are not allowed to use their cellphones during the day (which was not the case for our prior daycare).
