NEVER send your child to a place where they treat your child like they are the problem!!!!! Needless to say my son is now elsewhere (a far superior place) and doing better than I ever imagined and has not had any issues since leaving this poor excuse for childcare. I know what the problem was and it wasn't my child.

Our experience in a nutshell - My child's daily drop-off tears persisted for months, indicating a deeper issue. Notable problems included: being denied age-appropriate class placement, discovering prioritization of new enrollments for financial reasons, and lack of adherence to the agreed-upon hybrid class plan. My child faced exclusion and discrimination following his special needs diagnosis. Teachers were unhelpful in addressing his needs, and we were abruptly told they couldn't care for him. An ADA complaint was filed, and they're under investigation. Preschool enrollment was denied due to incomplete potty training, despite available services. Alternative arrangements for IEP services were rejected. While some staff showed genuine care, the owner's absence and focus on profits were concerning. Thankfully, my child now excels at a new facility, leading me to caution others about Ready Set Grow. See expanded review with details on Google.

Michelle, the center director, has been wonderful to work with. She is kind, patient, approachable, and truly cares about the children and families she serves. You can tell that creating a positive environment isn't just part of her job--it's something she genuinely believes in. The teachers have also been fantastic. Both of my children have grown tremendously since attending KinderCare, and the difference has been very noticeable. They're learning so much while building confidence, friendships, and important social skills. One thing I especially appreciate is how intentional they are with their programming. During the school year, they do an amazing job teaching concepts like patterns, early math, and problem-solving. Then when summer arrives, they shift the atmosphere to feel much more like summer camp. The kids are still learning every day, but it's through games, experiments, special activities, and hands-on experiences that make learning exciting. They also bring in special guests throughout the summer, like puppet shows, magicians, and Scales and Tails. There have been mornings when my kids weren't excited to leave the house, but once they remembered what was happening at school that day, they couldn't wait to get there. As a parent, that's one of the best compliments a daycare can receive. I also really appreciate the app they use to communicate with parents. I love getting photos throughout the day, and they strike the perfect balance with updates--enough to keep me connected without overwhelming my phone. Most importantly, my kids genuinely enjoy going to KinderCare. They love their teachers, they love seeing their friends, and they come home excited to tell me about what they learned. I couldn't ask for more, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care, dedication, and love this team shows my children every day.

The staff and our kids teachers became family. We only switched because our oldest went into elementary school and we had to find one closer to their school. You can't ask for a better place. They have online frequent updates, divided secure classrooms with lots of open windows and visibility, and set curriculum at every single age to advance your kids learning. Currently our oldest child is already at math and reading above her grade level and I credit the continued support this Kindercare provided us.
