Preschool staff are supposed to be trained in being a primary reporter for children's well being, it was shocking that they would so casually make an accusation of this nature and raised enormous red flags as to the type of employee culture of this preschool.

Then when summer arrives, they shift the atmosphere to feel much more like summer camp. The kids are still learning every day, but it's through games, experiments, special activities, and hands-on experiences that make learning exciting. They also bring in special guests throughout the summer, like puppet shows, magicians, and Scales and Tails. There have been mornings when my kids weren't excited to leave the house, but once they remembered what was happening at school that day, they couldn't wait to get there. The staff and our kids teachers became family. We only switched because our oldest went into elementary school and we had to find one closer to their school. You can't ask for a better place. They have online frequent updates, divided secure classrooms with lots of open windows and visibility, and set curriculum at every single age to advance your kids learning. Currently our oldest child is already at math and reading above her grade level and I credit the continued support this Kindercare provided us.

I found her AND other kids on top of the table and even commented why there are kids on top of the table and the young teacher or teacher assistant said "oh we are watching them". I informed Mrs. April and the director the next morning. My daughter was fine with drop off after the first week but started to cry and tug at me and dad after the first week. After the Covid restrictions, you switched to drop offs at the lobby and this went on for a few months but still during those few months...I couldn't get my daughter to come in on her own without crying and refusing to stay with you. Your director was informed an investigator was coming beforehand so she prepped her teachers on how to act to stay in business. I know for a fact she had a meeting with those teachers. You can't explain why my child was putting her hands over her head from your abuse though right? After 2 weeks in the new daycare she learned to trust her teachers and never...never did I struggle with drop off. She changed completely to her happy self and at times asked me and daddy to go home and pick her up later because she felt so safe and happy to be at the new daycare. You should not be in business. Your classrooms are unsanitary, smell so bad and you allow your teachers to abuse children. This causes PTSD, emotional distress, and trust issues with these kids. I pray that every parent does their research before trusting their kids with you. You're endangering our kids lives.

Totally unacceptable and against day care guidelines. They need to read guidelines and use common sense. If a child can't fall asleep within a reasonable time, they are supposed to give them books or provide other quiet time activity. My daughter said the teacher made them all cover their heads. That was the last time I took her.
