In addition to the regularly scheduled classes, they offer really interesting workshops (happy hips was my favorite). All the classes are just so positive - there's never any judgement and you always leave feeling 100% better physically and mentally! All the teachers are amazing, and the owner is very knowledgable. Plus it's an incredibly beautiful, inviting space. My only wish is that there would be more weekend classes (two classes offered both Sat and Sun), which is more a testament to how much I enjoy the classes than anything. Don't let the lack of reviews stop you from trying it out; I know many a Repose fan! AND you have to try the live music classes...amazing! :)

The introductory classes are just what I needed and I am already feeling the benefits. As a Born Again Christian I feel very comfortable here because Eastern religion isn't infused into the classes. Calming music, aromatic incense & dim lighting allows me to focus my thoughts & energy into the goodness of God & my relationship with Jesus. As a Believer that was my biggest hesitation in attempting yoga. So for other Christians with similar concerns, this studio is a GREAT place! I got a 1 month unlimited pass from Groupon for only $26. Well worth the hour drive to & from NH for classes!

The instructors all have positive and loving attitudes while being excellent teachers with broad backgrounds, who are able to be supportive and adaptive and creative too. I had just "graduated" from PT, and Roots to Wings has now taking me to a new level of "cure!" Plus, the others who attend are all so kind and friendly. This yoga studio is excellent. It's small: containing only a tiny office area, a single studio…read moreroom, and a bathroom a few doors away, so the emphasis is on the yoga itself. What I like about it is that there's a good variety of classes; the owner, Sylvie, is fantastic, but every teacher I've visited is great; and I especially appreciate that the teachers create a *real* experience of accepting where you're at in your practice instead of making you subtly feel you're not doing enough. Finally, the prices are some of the most reasonable in the area and they have great a great summer special going on: $195 for three months of unlimited classes!

The studio is a bit small, but the decor is great and mats are free. It's a great location though. My sister and I went to a yoga basics class taught by Sarah. I loved the class, but I didn't consider it yoga basics. We weren't looking for that--we went because of timing--but if someone was, it might not be the right choice. Sarah was great though and I appreciate her knowledge and instruction. I really look forward to going back when in the area.

The studio was easy to find, the woman at the check-in desk was efficient and friendly at getting us signed up, and she even let us borrow two yoga mats for free which was much appreciated as we were traveling without our usual personal mats. The studio upstairs was quite hot (unintentionally, I believe) but Alli kept everyone motivated and present despite the heat. The studio is sizable and pretty with lots of assistive props to borrow. Alli's flow was really dynamic and challenging. I also am a yoga teacher, and I found myself enjoying her class a lot! Would definitely come back if we are in the area again!

All beautiful Goddesses! The Zen Buddha with Mona was lovely. I definitely recommend taking a class at either one of their locations. The vibes are everything! We even got a tarot card at the end with a massage of essential oils at the Salem spot. They have super cute merch too!! When I come back to the east coast, I will def take more classes.
