But I had two teeth out in under 15 minutes and I didn't feel a thing. With memories of elementary school and screaming bloody murder as four baby teeth were extracted--despite laughing gas & local, rather painfully-- I pleasantly floated in the reclined chair with the faint taste of cherry while Dr. Patel and an assistance removed 2 twelve-year molars. That is assuredly a good experience. Maybe it is also because I hated those molars and was so glad to have them gone. But the professional people, confident doctor, and awesome laughing gas could not have hurt.

She's very kind; everyone else in the office is as well. There's also way too much communication between patient and office. I've gotten up to 3 calls and 3 texts in one day alone, let alone in a whole week. They also have different hours posted on every website, and their door also has incorrect hours listed. I tried to be there at 8 AM on a Friday when my temporary crown came off following a root canal, and they were not even close to being open. This was after my appointment was moved because they presumably overbooked the doctor. They are all pretty professional and comforting for a dentists office, but the administration and staffing needs to be fixed to match their patient needs.

TWO years later 2024, we received a notice to appear in COURT!! We never received calls or statements from Dr. Rosner's office. We both had to miss work for a court case that was dismissed because insurance paid. Two weeks later we received a $40 bill for the initial consultation. When I called, MJ (Mary Jane) Dr. Rosner's billing manager was downright mean & disrespectful. I would not go to this office unless you like to be treated with disrespect, no professionalism and have no problems being sent to court for lack of communication on their end. Decent doctor--HORRIBLE staff. Their website allows you to leave a review but they only allow which ones they choose. I hope people realize that before they go there.

Most places I called said you need to come in and talk to the doctor, but most of the dates were later in the week. I called Rothman and Kim and they said we will see you this afternoon. From the receptionist, I knew I was in the right place. The dental assistants were amazing. Every single one put me at ease and then Dr. Rothman came in and made me feel comfortable.
