Horrible customer service. My daughter was so overwhelmed and disappointed with the instructor. She…read morecalled the school to get proof of her first lesson and they told her they couldn't do that. I called and spoke with Sam and requested proof of her training so we can finish her hours with Quartz hill driving school. He said in order to re-activate her account with needed to pay $50 because she did not finish in 6 weeks lol. I was not asking to reactive her account, I was asking for proof of the training I already paid for and that she completed. Oh and might I add, that we were never informed that she needed to complete her classes within a certain time frame or their "activation" fee. Giving good customer service should always be your priority not collecting money.

I was 17 years old back then, but that didn't stop him from being so condescending and rude while I was driving with him. At the end of that driving lesson, he told me I should invest in a bus ticket because I would not be getting my license for a long time. I don't understand how a manager and driving teacher could say that to a minor, instead of providing constructive criticism. I ignored his negative attitude and made an appointment at the DMV for a driving exam less than a week later and passed the DMV driving exam on my first try without a problem. It was then that I figured my driving wasn't the real issue here, but rather his antagonistic mannerisms towards his students. For reasons I cannot and will not understand, he favors some students over others, which is highly unprofessional if you've dedicated yourself to a field of teaching. I would not recommend Right Way Driving School to anyone in any capacity.

My two older (Now licensed) drivers had nothing but great things to say about taking lessons with High Desert Driving School! They were patient, kind, & informative. Pricing is absolutely fair. They show up on time and supply my soon to be drivers with all the skills necessary to hit the road with success. Thank you High Desert Driving School and Kristine! I appreciate you more than you know, helping to teach my kids the rules of the road, and helping them to feel comfortable. I will recommend you to EVERY one of my friends with teens needing behind the wheel training!

Angels Driving School Review…read more I am writing this review to make you aware of what might occur to you in case you decide to contract the services of this driving school. I paid for six hours of behind the wheel driving school for my daughter. Steve, the instructor did a good job for the most part. As a loving father that I am, I decided to paid for six more hours of driving school, including an hour at the end of the training term for my daughter to take the driving test with the dmv at the end of the six hours. Well, the first four hours, everything went well, and Steve did a good job again. But, on the last session, which would include the test, everything was a nightmare. For starters, Steve did not show up and instead the owner of the business showed up. This man did evrything wrong. He parked across my driveway as if he owned my place, and continued to poorly conduct the instruction. His demeanor was that of a amateur instructor eventhough he claimed that he had about fifteen years of experience. He never stopped, in a rude way, critizising my daughter's skills behind the wheel, even though Steve had made it clear to my daughter that she was ready for the test at the dmv. He made my daughter really upset and nervous because of his constant grabbing of the steering wheel. At one point, he even almost caused an accident by stopping in the middle of an intersection. He was lucky that no car was comming their way at that moment. The worst of all was the fact that when my daughter reached the dmv window, she was informed that the INCOMPETENT SECRETARY from Angels Driving School who scheduled the test had done so but at the Los Angeles dmv. So, my daughter was not able to get her drivers license that day. PS. This incompetent secretary never apologized for such stupid action, instead she found it funny at the time we asked why she did that. So...be aware.
