AVOID AT ALL COSTS INSTRUCTORS WILL GIVE YOU ILLEGAL ADVICE AND PICK YOU UP AN HOUR LATER Called and scheduled driving test, "manager" ie 17 year old Latina Barbie with an iPhone sent me a text saying they would be there NO LATER THAN 220 to pick my gf up for my test which was scheduled for 340, i paid for pick up service, 45 minutes of drive time and to use their car for the driving test, $240 total. At 234 i still hadn't been picked up (Rosamond), at 250 the driver called and said she "got a little lost but I'm on the way now" she didn't arrive until 330pm. She gave my gf HORRIBLE advice on going faster than the speed limit and upholding the flow of traffic other wise i would be pulled over and ticketed (literally her words), she kept constantly telling her to measure oncoming traffic speed and TO MATCH IT otherwise she could again, be ticketed! She ended up being 16 minutes late for my gfs test with NO driving time before the test but the promise that she could go "practice" AFTER her driving test WTF?? Only half of the service that was paid for was provided, yet they're only offering 40$ refund?? SERIOUSLY?! manager is the only manager she is stating and the owner can only be reached by email. Convenient. STAY AWAY from this place they'll suck your money, take you in late with zero drive time and only offer a gee I'm sorry this is the first I'm hearing of this excuse. Pathetic. Owner is supposed to email about this experience and lack of paid service, dont I'll hear back as these don't seem to be decent people or business owners who actually care about the services they're "providing" Time to report then to BBB too. UPDATE TO REPLY: Yes traffic is unpredictable but seeing how I'm directly off of Sierra hwy and i checked the traffic updates consistently while she was writing for you with ZERO traffic incident from your location in Palmdale to mine directly off Sierra hwy. saying "late" as if your instructor was 10 minutes off is incredible, your instructor was 70 minutes late. Do you mean to tell me there was 70 minutes of traffic 25 minutes away from your location with over 5 different routes available none of which go over 35 minutes drive time. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU MESS UPS STOP ACTING LIKE THIS IS SOMETHING SMALL WE'RE PAYING FOR SERVICES YOU'RE NOT RENDERING and I'm finding out there's many more with this experience. Shame on you, still haven't heard from you in email. Pathetic. Also to add: She had to take the day of work for her testing day, to reschedule then would have meant taking the day unpaid for no reason at all and having to take YET ANOTHER UNPAID DAY OFF to accommodate Omega being 70 minutes late and 16 minutes LATE TO HER TEST. read more

Highly recommend taking classes with them. My instructor was absolutely amazing and nice. She was very understanding that I was nervous and showed me breathing techniques to calm my nerves. I use that method during the test and it helps so much. I pass the driver test and I don't think I would have without her feedback and motivations. Even though I pass my test, I am still planning to take some lessons from this place. I am new to Palmdale so I am still learning the speed limit, especially as it differs from Los Angeles on regular busy streets.
