We ordered Moon Dog's for dinner. The Moon Dog burger has Chicken Breast with chilli jam, escabeche slaw, red sauce, pickles, house mayo on a potato bun. This is a great crispy chicken burger! Definitely worth trying once. Would recommend ordering from here if you are craving a great crispy chicken burger with a reasonably spicy sauce and are looking to try different kinds of Crispy Chicken sandwiches from different restaurants. Though I wouldn't necessarily order from here again as there are several restaurants serving better crispy chicken sandwiches in Montreal, at better prices!

For a special #thankyouthursday I have to leave a review we're a place that's been keeping me and so many other people smiling even during tough times by keeping our belly's happy and full. There's been lots of competition all over the place about whiskey sandwiches lately but you don't need to go to Kentucky to get the real deal, you go to Buckys park in the back go up to the window and get the moon dog. Guys I can't even begin to explain how good this is the potato bun the Asian slaw the sauce my mouths watering just thinking about it. You will not be disappointed and it's a proper sized sandwich so you'll be full on that alone but you can also get a side of there fries and dip them in the sweet chilli sauce. Not enough ? Papaya salad key lime pie house made ice tea are all available too ! I wish my pictures were better but honestly the food was to good to wait try em out and let's rave about the food the people and decor together !

Bucky's is known for their legendary fried chicken so coming into the city we wanted to grab a quick bite. We ordered the "moon dog", which had chicken breast w/ chili jam, escabeche slaw, red sauce, pickles & house mayo, served on a potato bun. The chicken was super crispy and the mixture of sauces complemented each other well. The chili jam added a nice sweetness and kick and the potato bun was soft as well. However, the portion was pretty small for the price of $14. Regardless of this I would probably come back and try their regular fried chicken next time I'm in town

1/2 bucket of friend chicken for takeout. Includes 5 pieces (2 wings, 2 thighs, 1 breast), 2 tiny pickles, 1 bun.

They get 3 stars because it's overpriced and while the tenders were good when I previously tried them, the fried chicken on the bone was slimy underneath the battered exterior for the thigh pieces :/ The breast piece is the tastiest and I LOVE their potato wedges may go back to try their lemonade and/or pies (the key lime one is calling my name). Decor and branding is on point though.

Bucky Rooster's gives us its own take on fried chicken classics. Their take-out menu is very diversified and they even have vegetarian options!! We tried two fried chicken sandwiches which were incredibly moist and savoury: the Moon Dog, which comes with chili jam, escabeche slaw, red sauce, pickles & house mayo and the Spicoli, served with sweet onion, house honey and their special sauce. The only issue with the burgers is the price. It seems a little high for just the burger (17$ and 15$). We also ordered the potato wedges which come with their cream &house chili sauce (amazingggg!) Finally, we tried two of their famous must-try desserts: the Black Out Pie (chocolate cookie crust with fudge, pudding and chocolate coffee crumbs) and the Frozen Lime Pie (key lime filling with a gingersnap crust and chantilly cream) Their drinks are huge (32oz) for the price you're paying! Overall, Buckey will satisfy your fried chicken craving perfectly. Can't wait for summer to try their cute terrasse!! Price: around 20-30$/person

Bucky Rooster's is all over the social media before and after it's opening. So finally, we marched towards the restaurant. The entrance is in the back. We placed our orders and paid for it. The staff was friendly and helpful with their recommendations. We got 5 chicken pieces that includes potatoes wedges, a bun, a pickle and two sauces. All these cost 36$ plus a slice of key lime pie (total 48$). Bucky Rooster's chickens are premium quality; I am a vegetarian so I brought the chickens for my carnivore family. It was mixed reactions, one loved it immensely, one founded it salty, one founded it ok. I enjoyed their delicious fries and the key lime pie (the crust so so so good). Overall, it was a fun experience.

Don't get me wrong, the burgers are awesome here. I really enjoy the Moondog. Super good. But way over priced and that kind of ruins it.

Absolute banger of a fried chicken. A bit on the pricy side but it's well worth it. Best fried chicken I've ever had.

We walked in and were immediately approached by a server so we asked to sit by the window. We both ordered a Steerburger with fries and coleslaw. My friend enjoyed hers and I kinda liked mine but the burger wasn't anything like it used to be. I got the impression there was something other than meat mixed in just by the texture. The curly fries were just like we remembered: crispy & light. Staff was friendly and accommodating l, but the initial server who took our orders forgot to tell us he was either going on break or had finished for the day because another server approached us later to take our order! We told her we had already put in our order. She apologized and 10 minutes later our food came out. Oops.

Friendly and funny and great, quick service. Food was terrific, hot chicken sandwich and cajun chicken sandwich. So flavorful and sides of coleslaw and curly fries were great too. My hubby had a nice chat with the owner as well. Don't know when we might get back to Montreal but we will definitely go back here if we do. We haven't even tried the beef!

You can also reserve room if you are a big group. There's also a restaurant with various food that we didn't try. We didn't try the arcade, we ran out of time on our schedule but we will come back. The arcade work with a card where you accumulate point that you can spent on things in the gift shop. Like many arcade, the more token you buy, the cheaper the cost per token is. We took the combo that is 1 game of bowling, 1 game of laser tag and 1 round of mini golf. The bowling is with big balls. There's a little ramp for the kids or those that just need a little help. There's only one though so you have to share it across the 8 alley. The bowling itself is nice, alley are straight and clean. There's a wide range of ball weight that should be ok for everyone. The mini golf here is special. It's not a less put parcours, it's a most point. Point are done in 2 ways. Once you put, there's a 60sec timer. The time left once you enter the cup is bonus point. The other way is through the course. There's special tricks that you can do to earn extra points and even lose some. It's a very nice twist and it was fun. We ended with a game of laser tag. I saw the maximum occupancy is 28 players splitter in 2 or 3 teams. We were 6 and honestly, the room is small. Unless there's some hidden wall that get open for more player, I wouldn't see much more then 10 players. 28 would be over crowded for sure. For us at 6, it was perfect. One thing is the room itself is dangerous. Like many laser tag room, it's dark. The problem is they put some stuff like ramp but without anything to show you the edge or worst, they put some theming. Half of us were hurt by the stage. I myself trip, while walking slowly down one of those ramp where I though it was going in a specific direction but no. I ended up falling face first, scratching my knees and nearly broking my finger. My girlfriend opened her elbow while edging a wall and our friend got some similar stuff happened. Another thing is they don't really explain you anything beside how to shoot. There's a lot of stuff in the room that you can shoot and I never knew if it did anything beside some animation. Like a wall that seems like maybe a forcefield that would maybe disable enemy shield if they walk through? I don't know. The gun had 2 way to shoot, a long laser or a short range scatter shot like a shotgun. Was fun to be able to cycle through mode. We still had fun, but the state was dangerous in my opinion. It is a nice place to have a fun spend money. Kids will love it for sure and grown up too

Also they only have big pins which I'm way more familiar wiyth the small ones and would've been much better having the choice. Also Bowling shoes weren't necessairly the most comfy ones . When it comes to food I've been surprised as I took a poutine and a cheeseburger which I thought would just substitute my Fries but they served me my poutine with a large amount of fries on the side of my burger so thanks God we were a big group so my friends could've take some cause otherwise there was way too much to eat by myself .
