Everyone there were helpful and even knew each cat's name & age! The adoption fee is reasonable and it went SO smooth! Our little cat was so friendly, clean, healthy and lovable. I do believe she adapted so quickly to our home because of the care she got from the way the cats there are presented & cared for. It was SO easy to see and interact with them all. The hard part was choosing only ONE!! I HIGHLY recommend them if you are interested in adopting!!! I'll never go anywhere else again!

They neglected to send me a bill for their services & chose to instead have a collection agency come after me for the cost of transport. I have a check from my medical insurance, now expired, to cover almost all of the transport & would have paid them promptly & in full had they just submitted a bill to me in a timely manner. The collection agency (Commercial Acceptance Co) then decided to contact a relative & lie saying that the relative was listed as a contact. Destroying my credit rating for nothing but laziness & then deceit from a bunch of lowlifes at the collection agency. Their service might have been spot on - I was out of it with Covid - but due to their inability to properly bill I have to give them a one star rating.
