The kitchen is open until nightfall, and you can find the usual truck stop dishes being served hot. Hot dogs, burgers, sandwiches, burritos, Mac and cheese, etc. Dine in is allowed with social distancing precautions. The employees are always helpful and friendly, and you'll hardly ever find a line at check out. Like I said, it's a nice stop.

There are hundreds of dollars in the cash registers that employee's aren't made to drop into the safe making it a huge liability for anyone working the night shift. I was let go twice without any warning or write up for disciplinary actions. Also accused of not doing anything when looking at the cameras would easily be my defense. The morning employee also brings her child into work instead of daycare asking employees to help keep an eye. I was hired at 8.50 per hour and was fired at 7.25 an hour my first/last check. I was asked to go back then let go on a misunderstanding. Upon rehiring me I was told I would get the starting wage I was promised not minimum wage. Shawn is very hard to get in touch with about issues dealing with new employees and puts full trust in his current management instead. I do not recommend it for employment. Constant turnover makes for bad customer service and loss of revenue. Obviously that is unknown in them parts being ran by farm animals and such... Don't believe me? Look for yourself!

The tire light flashed on and I knew I needed to get off highway. It was after 7pm and most tire places have closed for the day. I pulled into a place with automotive care and they had closed at seven. The worker tried adding air but he said it was leaking pretty bad. He pointed me in direction of tire shop down the road. I got about a hundred yards away and knew I was not going to make it. I did a search and this company popped up. I called and I was told up front the cost that it was going to be. It was not cheap. Here is the deal. The company is offering a service 24/7 and it is a mobile service. I was not expecting the cost to be cheap. I had to put a deposit down. The only thing that would have been nice to know was the automatic tipping feature. You don't found out about it until after payment is made. The service said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait time. I was in a scary spot. It wasn't the nicest part of town. I can tell you that when the driver pulled up I was grateful to see the flashing lights He was easy going and said he get my car on the road again. Five minutes after he pulled up the business I was stranded at closed. Their lights shut off. Driver pulled out a flashlight and kept working on tire. It didn't take him long. I paid remaining balance. I felt like this company was upfront with me. They told me cost and they said they put on used tires. No warranties was said up front. If I had called a tow truck, it would not have been cheap. Best tire ever? No, it wasn't meant to be. It is like putting your spare tire on car so you can get it to shop for new tire or a repair job.
