I hit a pothole on Thanksgiving eve which gouged my front right tire. My son contacted Anytime Tire Services and they eventually arrived and put a used tire on in the parking lot of a gas station. I paid $200 and gave the guy a $20 tip. I left the service station and got on FM 1604 to head back to Austin. I had not gone 20 miles when the tire they replaced unseated and shredded. I was doing 60mph. Also, the stretch of 1604 I was on was under construction so there were barricaded on both sides and so no place to pull over. I had to go two or three mile before I could finally pull over. My son contacted Anytime and they said they would come put another tire on. I told him to tell them no for two reasons. 1) I was on a rather steep slanted bank and it would have been impossible to do it safely. 2) They obviously farked up the initial install and I didn't want to chance another blowout. I was stranded for nearly three hours in a dangerous spot on 1604 before a Hero truck finally came up on a regular patrol and towed me to a Valero station off of the next exit. My son and I removed the tire the next morning and took it to Discount Tire and had a new tire put on. They verified that the rim was 100% fine, so the only explanation for the blowout was an improperly mounted tire by Anytime. Probably did not seat it correctly. Or it was just a crappy tire. So I just today got around to contacting them to ask for a refund. They replied that since I didn't have them come to do the (second) replacement they didn't feel like they owed me a refund. And also, and I quote from their email - "we DO NOT do refunds." Yes, they capitalized "do not". Wankers. I just requested a refund via my credit card dispute option. So I'm sure they'll agree with me. And I'll be posting this review to every website that takes them. To sum it up: They don't know how to do a simple tire change and they are crooks. I thought I would add my two cents into this company. I was driving on highway when I felt something crunch and then a metal sound banging. The tire light flashed on and I knew I needed to get off highway. It was after 7pm and most tire places have closed for the day. I pulled into a place with automotive care and they had closed at seven. The worker tried adding air but he said it was leaking pretty bad. He pointed me in direction of tire shop down the road. I got about a hundred yards away and knew I was not going to make it. I did a search and this company popped up. I called and I was told up front the cost that it was going to be. It was not cheap. Here is the deal. The company is offering a service 24/7 and it is a mobile service. I was not expecting the cost to be cheap. I had to put a deposit down. The only thing that would have been nice to know was the automatic tipping feature. You don't found out about it until after payment is made. The service said it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait time. I was in a scary spot. It wasn't the nicest part of town. I can tell you that when the driver pulled up I was grateful to see the flashing lights He was easy going and said he get my car on the road again. Five minutes after he pulled up the business I was stranded at closed. Their lights shut off. Driver pulled out a flashlight and kept working on tire. It didn't take him long. I paid remaining balance. I felt like this company was upfront with me. They told me cost and they said they put on used tires. No warranties was said up front. If I had called a tow truck, it would not have been cheap. Best tire ever? No, it wasn't meant to be. It is like putting your spare tire on car so you can get it to shop for new tire or a repair job. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was told that i would be getting a new tire on my car and was charged a close to 250$. Just to find out by Firestone that they just patched the old tire And stuck it back on. I called them to talk to someone about what we descovered. And was told by a very rude woman that they didn't sell new tires and that I was charged for a used tire. I argued back that the tire was never replace and was just patched and I had proof and they still refused to refund me the difference for the patch job and not a replacement tire. read more

Extremely upset. I have been calling and texting trying to get a hold of them after they said they would be here before 11am and it's 11:43. I had to check out at 11am and after talking with them and texting earlier this morning at around 8 am I cannot get ahold of them at all. I desperately needed tires because I'm heading back to Houston today and am still in a hard place because there's not many tire places open on Sunday. It would have been okay if he told me he couldn't make it but no communication at all is unacceptable.
