Remembering this I got another puppy from Nancy years later and she is wonderful as well. Both dogs came with a calm personality, Nikki is only 2 but she does not drive us crazy with her energy that demands our attention. When we are not playing she just hangs with us calmly and that is such a blessing and why I only buy my puppies from Calico Junction. I won't lie, there was a problem that I won't go into. I'll just say Nancy went above and beyond what other breeders would have done to correct the problem. Thank you Nancy, I may be contacting you again when it's time for another long coat puppy.

Now my story. My previous dog was purchased from Nancy when she was in Tennessee. Terra was the best dog I have ever owned. Years later I purchased anther beautiful puppy from Nancy. Nikki has been fantastic, she is 9 months and I could not be happier. Nancy's dogs are bred to be calm in nature and that was very important to us. Terra was the calmest, most relaxed dog I've ever owned and even at 9 months Nikki is showing the same behavior. When it's time to play they are ready go but the also have an off switch. It's early yet but Nikki may just end topping Terra as the best dog I have ever owned. Thank you Nancy for all you have done for our family. Dave

National Dog Rescue is truly an amazing organization. The love, passion, and care they put into…read morewhat they do is incredible. We adopted our poodle Roman, previously named Flame, at the 2025 Clear the Shelters event. He was one of four puppies rescued together. We've had him just over a year, and watching his transformation has been amazing. He went from a scared, unsure puppy to the most loving, happy dog who absolutely adores our kids, cat, and our other dog Ellie, who he looks up to so much. I'm so grateful this organization gave him the chance to become the best version of himself and become such an important part of our family. I also really appreciate their adoption process and how carefully they make sure each dog is going to a loving, safe home. If you can adopt, volunteer, or donate, I highly recommend supporting National Dog Rescue. The story behind why the organization was started is incredibly heartwarming, and you can truly see the passion behind everything they do. We will forever be grateful for bringing this sweet boy into our lives!l and for everything they do for all of the dogs, transforming one life at a time.

But he had a happy, spoiled life full of love..& after finding "Mushu" (now Smoosh) on the NDMR website, we went through the application process & traveled from out of state to meet/bring him home. At 3yrs old & didn't know much (about anything.) Like a newborn puppy, he had to learn about doorways, windows, stairs, toys...everything! He's the sweetest, kindest, cutest most precious lil prince. From frozen scared, to curious and constant learning..we are so blessed to have found NMDR who gave us our GOOD BOY Smoosh.

We bought a puppy transport incubator from this company a little over a year ago. We used it 4…read moretimes and unfortunately the it stopped working and wouldn't heat up over 24 degrees celsius. When we contacted James Avey it was before the year warranty was up, he sent us videos on other incubators instructing us to take it apart and ship back. The videos were irrelevant to the construction of this incubator and we were not able to dismantle it to return. A few months had passed as we were busy with puppies and were not aware that there was a time limit on shipping the motor back. I contacted James again and asked about returning it as we would have to ship the whole incubator back, he then informed us it was our responsibility to pay shipping as well as his service fee to fix the incubator as our warranty had ended. We offered to remove the interior motor for him (as he originally instructed), and ship that back saving us $100 in shipping and he refused to help us. Again and again this man was unhelpful and unconcerned about fixing a product he made that we purchased for over $700 CAD and used for under a year. He continually avoided any responsibility of his product malfunctioning and suggested it was our personal damage or misuse of the cooler and its cords, when in reality the cooler is in perfect condition and has BARELY BEEN USED. VERY DISAPPOINTED in this man's business ethics and his quality of product. If i had known we would be throwing $700 away on a fancy rubbermaid cooler with a few holes drilled into it, we would have made our own for travelling. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you fully review their warranty and are prepared to lose your money if the incubator breaks. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR PRODUCT.
