If one orders online and has to return an item, how is that item handled based on the fact that one was unlikely wearing a mask at home while trying it on? Do parasites or communicable diseases not count at home?, and what if a client had covid? You'd never know so how absolutely ridiculous your statement is. And 'extending this expectation to clients' again is a load of malarkey. That's a roundabout way of communism at play. 'Do it our way or you will be denied service' Perhaps you should review CDC recommendations again. Heir Fauci has stated from his own mouth that masks do nothing but placate the wearer. Ummm, yeah. Anyone who has a lick of common sense can figure this was a scam. Too bad for you Nordstrom Rack, you've lost a bunch of customers because of your politically correct/woke policies. I find it very telling that your stores, at least the last two I saw, were low in stock of most items. The stores seemed bare. Maybe it's a sign that the silent majority is done with your BS

Because of this excellent response to a review I placed earlier, I am adding a star to the review, and I am looking forward to visiting this store again when I am back in Michigan. They did have a few jackets that weren't carried back home yet but, we did get them a few weeks later. I saw a few really nice shirts but, I couldn't bring myself to buy them as Michigan pays tax on clothes and in PA we don't. This location inside Woodland Mall was pretty crowed everywhere we went as a "One Day Sale" was going on but, the salespeople seem to be handling it pretty well. They were really friendly though.
