What I found is a bunch of unique finds, but you literally have to [find] it. If you're not in the mood to hunt for what you want, don't bother. The Home Good portion of this store is in complete disarray. Ultimately, I found what I came for and got it at a great price, put a few more items in the cart. I found unique gift items and coffee table books galore! I really enjoy coffee table books. I was looking for a good old fashioned Bundt pan, the second store that I'd been to. Happily they had it. The lines moved quickly enough. The staff was polite enough. I liked shopping here.

Even though it's considered an "outlet" store, the prices still seem to be a bit high. They do have quite a bit of sales though, which can make a difference at the register. While there's a lot of clothing, it does seem to be quite organized & clean. There's plenty of employee presence around, straightening up & asking if you need assistance. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee who told me what all was on sale & offered to give me a shopping tote. There's plenty of fitting rooms to use.

He said first thing I need to do is return the first item OK that find I don't know how's that work he was not at all friendly as I try to make small talk letting him know hey I work in the mall as well he seem to be having a hard time doing the return. Finally gave me my return receipt then he begins to do the exchange when he was done i ask for my original receipt because I still have a purchase on it he told me no they have to keep it ...I said well I don't have proof of the sweater i purchase he told me to take a picture of the receipt still nasty attitude then I ask was he the manager he said he's one of them. I did take a picture which I thought was odd .i left and was just so upset about the whole experience. There are still plenty of stores, some dining options, and even an aquarium (?), but there was not much that appealed to us. We know malls get bought and sold all the time so maybe it's a function of ownership or just that shopping malls are not what they used to be. There were plenty of other shoppers but I don't think we'll be bad anytime soon.

I purchased a dress that I had to go down in size and jeans that I had to go up in size. Try on everything so you can make sure it fits. My fitting room experience was not great. The attendant was more concerned with conversing with her coworkers than checking me in. Self check out can be tricky if you are not paying attention. The lady ahead of me did not get a receipt and the attendant told her incorrect info about obtaining it. After I paid and my receipt did not come out, I asked for assistance. Turns out the paper was jammed in the machine. I have my receipt, but the lady in front of me was SOL. The manager told her if you need to bring something back to tell them what happened. I hope they don't give her a hard time about that! I do agree with other Yelpers to come here during the day or during the week to not be in a crowded store. Oh and they close at 8pm with the mall, not 9pm as the Yelp listing says.
