Don't bother scheduling with this service, they do not take their schedule seriously and waste your time. I bought a deal on Grouponl for this company thinking it was a great deal. The first time I tried to schedule them they did not show up. They had some stupid excuse when I FINALLY got a hold of them and they scheduled me for the next day. That day they got "stuck in traffic" and had to reschedule again. They promised to give me a free cleaning and then schedule me for my Living Social at a later date. They eventually, third times a charm, showed up and did my free clean. Fast-forward to trying to use my Groupon deal again. I scheduled them using their online scheduling service over a month in advance as they were very booked up. I got at least 3 emails and text messages confirming my appointment. My appointment time of 9am came... and went. No call, no text, no email. Not until I wrote a nasty comment on their facebook did anyone even contact me. Someone finally emailed me saying they were at a funeral and that they couldnt get a hold of anyone at the company and would schedule me between 8 and 9 am the next day. More wasted time. It is now 9:40am and I have not seen a cleaner, received a phone call, email or text, with an explanation/excuse this time. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Found a Groupon ($39 for a two-hour session with two cleaners) for these guys, and decided to give them a try. I was able to schedule them within the week for a 9:30a Saturday appointment, and they showed up on time, did efficient work, put in an extra half hour at no charge, and were very polite and professional. I'm afraid I have to add a negative review as well. I did purchase a Groupon for this company. I made at least three different appointments that were cancelled or rescheduled by the company. At one point I was offered a free cleaning in addition to my coupon since I had run into difficulty trying to get someone to come out. But that never came to fruition. Finally some people showed up to do my two hour cleaning, but overall did a poor to fair job. Many of the areas done were hit and miss. For example, in the kitchen the microwave was beautifully cleaned, but the cleaners did not bother to wipe down the outside of the fridge or the toaster oven. In the bathroom, the sink was cleaned, but the bathtub was not. There are other companies out there I have tried who do a much better job. Even with the Groupon price, this was a waste of money. read more

Unlike the other two people who posted positive reviews before me-we were not home when these cleaners came--that may have made a difference. They did an OK job--our kitchen was not cleaned--the stove and microwave were not touched and there were still crumbs on the kitchen floor. Our bathroom was cleaned but not well--we will not be using this company again. Also, the fact that the owner of this company left a poor comment on another review is sad. ***There were multiple bad reviews left here***, not just one--and the person responsible for the company makes a decision to leave a retaliation post against someone reviewing them shows how bad this company is. read more

NOT WORTH IT. Bought a Groupon for one 2-hour cleaning service. Called the listed phone numbers to schedule an appointment several times and never received a call back. Set my appointment via their online system and they canceled 24 hours before due to overbooking error. I tried for the following week only to have no one show up or call to reschedule. I'm very disappointed in their lack of professional courtesy and for wasting my time and money. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Called Groupon for a refund. read more

A small scheduling snafu aside, I couldn't be more pleased! I've had cleaning services come in from time to time and I've never had anyone do such a thorough job. Both of the cleaners were also very polite and friendly. My house is so clean, I don't ever want to cook or use the bathroom ever again. :) read more

Very disappointing. I bought a groupon for three cleanings. The team showed up for the first appointment 45 minutes late. The cleaning was OK. On my second appointment after I called and emailed, 1.5 hours after my appointment time, I received an email telling me there was a babysitting issue and I would not be getting a cleaning that day. I was assured I would be rescheduled for the next week and told I would get three hours. Same happened for the next appointment, no one showed and 1.5 hours after the appointment time I got a text message saying I was cancelled. I had called and emailed. No one ever called or spoke to me even though I requested a call. Requested and received a refund via groupon. read more

It kills me to even give one star to this company. I ordered a Groupon last year for a cleaning I planned to use before I hosted Thanksgiving. To make a long story short I scheduled a total of 6 cleanings over the course of a year and they never showed up once! Half the time they emailed or texted well after the scheduled time and half the time they just didn't show up. I cannot believe that they are still in business as this seems to be a common practice for them as shown in previous reviews.Their lack of professionalism was so egregious that Groupon made an exception to their policy and refunded my money. I bought an amazon local deal from them. As other reviews have said they were sometimes hard to reach and their scheduling system needs work. I scheduled an 11 am, got moved to 3 pm, got canceled on after they were an hour and a half late and rescheduled for the next morning. Fortunately, I didn't have much going on that week. Although when they got here, they were very friendly. I gave them a list of things I wanted done and they did them well. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchase. My experience was exactly the same. Received an immediate confirmation the day I made the appointment, then another confirmation later that day. A couple of days before the appointment received a confirmation reminder (for a different day than originally scheduled, but it was a convenient change so I didn't push back) to which I replied that yes, I would be there. No one showed. I received no call, email or anything to cancel. My husband called and left a message, and we received no call back to explain or apologize. So yes, Buyer Beware on this one - especially after reading the rudeness from their rep "Leroy" on this site. Really poor customer service all around. Rule #1 of owning a business: if you disappoint a customer, apologize and try and make it right. Don't whine and make excuses about how it's all the customer's fault. read more

It is currently 2 hours since my appointment was supposed to occur today, and they have not showed. This is the second time in 3 months that this has occurred and I have to schedule time away from work for these appointments. I am also unable to get a hold of either owners - no one is responding to text or phone calls. When cleaning has occurred previously, the quality is okay. Not good enough to make up for very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you're considering a Groupon with them, don't buy it. I have found these guys on Groupon and have been using them now for the past 2 years and still use them. I find their service very thorough and top notch. They are always willing to do whatever I need them to do. Even if it's moving furniture or doing windows. I have them clean for me every 2 weeks. Now grant you, It's probably hard for them to be exactly at the time they have quoted due to cleaning another location taking longer than expected or traffic problems however my husband is always there to let them in to clean the day they are scheduled for. If I was able to give no stars, I would. Purchased a Groupon for cleaning service. I scheduled online for a date a month in advance. 24 hrs prior to the 1st appointment, I received an email stating that they would be unable to provide their services. We rescheduled a time 2 weeks later. For this appointment, nobody showed up. There was no email or call prior to alert me. After the 2nd missed appointment, I became less accommodating so I requested that they come on a Saturday (they work M-F). This time the owners were going to come themselves....I just received an email stating that they cannot come. This company is ran by 2 people who seem totally clueless about customer service. There are plenty of cleaning groupons and I highly recommend spending a few dollars more for people that will actually show up. read more

Don't bother with this business at all. I bought a 2 hrs cleaning groupon deal. 2 days before my appointment, they sent me an email me saying they are short on staff and have to reschedule my appointment. Because my group is about to expire in 4 days, they assured me that my group won't expire with them. I was not able to get appointment from this guy (named Craig) because he stopped emailing me back. I also tried to call the office and left messages, but no one returned my calls. Finally, I went to their website and book my appointment with Leroy. Complete waste of my hard earned money!! Thought this was going to help me out with my tight schedule, but instead I just have to redo all of it. Very hit and miss what they do. Bathroom counter clean, but nothing else in the bathroom, not floors, not toilets, nothing! Said they cleaned my kitchen counters but I can clearly see where they did not even attempt to. Called multiple numbers multiple times, never returned call to schedule appointments so I did it online. Asked to confirm, never did. Before first cleaning, sent me two emails asking for address even though I'd already given it to them. Cleaning #1- Guy called to ask how roads were since we had a lot of snow. He said he was going to ask highway patrol and might need to cancel and would let me know. Never called back and never showed. Finally got ahold of someone and rescheduled for next day. Came 90 minutes late with no notice and left 30 minutes early; only got to 1 bathroom and kitchen (2 people for 2 hours) Cleaning #2- Cleaner never showed. Called and texted owner multiple times, finally got back to me via text a couple hours later. Sent another cleaner but interfered with my daughter's nap, which is why we had the original time to begin with. She did a good job but left early too. Cleaning #3- Email sent a day or two in advance rescheduling appointment for the following day (which we weren't available for), but got text morning of confirming appointment for original day. Cleaner never showed or called for either day. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Rescheduling should be made via phone, employees should be on time and stay the whole time they are supposed to. Not worth even the heavy discount. read more

Scheduling is a joke. Returning inquiries is a joke. I made one request and a small complaint on the last job and they closed both unused vouchers for Groupon. On their website they say they move furniture to get under it and clean it thoroughly they didn't was supposed to have two cleaners only one showed up. Terrible terrible terrible terrible customer service and not a real thorough job. Excuses abound and lackluster cleaning. Don't waste your 39.00 dollars to audit this company, they will only disappoint and frustrate you. Blech! read more
