I don't think they change out the bulbs very often because there are always several burnt out ones, so you are not getting the full bang for your buck. The beds are in poor condition, sort of banged up, sharp edges, cracked pillows, etc. Conclusion: This place has been "ridden hard and put away wet". I won't be renewing my membership unless they plan a major overhaul.

Michelle always has great advice about lotions and actually knows what she is talking about, oppose to other salons that hire on teenagers who have no idea what is going on. On a couple different occasions she has even let me try her own tanning lotion sooo SCORE! I hate nothing more then spending a ton of money on a lotion and then end up getting that after tan smell (burnt.) They always have new bulbs in there beds and post which beds have them so customers are aware. After talking about which bed level was better a two or a three they upgraded me for the day letting me try the higher bed because I liked it so much....needless to say I upgraded as soon as my ten minutes was up.
