The only fly in the ointment was from a recent referral I made to Schmidt. It took my referral a couple phone calls to engage with someone at Schmidt. That's a big deal to me because when I make a referral I feel like I'm putting my name on the company too. It definitely tarnishes what was an outstanding record. And that's unfortunate.
