It seemed oblivious or didn't care that they were in a customer service position and I assume we're receiving some type of monetary compensation for the service they were not providing customers. The person that actually attempted to help me, ended up misdiagnosing my problem which resulted in me having to make two trips to the store that day. On my second trip in, not so much as a I'm sorry you had to come back again. I had to ask repeatedly to get some type of return receipt for the original item I was sold that I was returning because it did not solve my charging issues. They acted like actually some type of record that I did not keep the previously paid for item was a completely new concept. The manager Brandon was the rudest of them all. Completely put out that he actually was being asked service a customer, rather than whatever was so important in his own phone. He was so Surly from being taken away from mentally masturbating to where ever was going on in his own phone. The other three workers that were ignoring everybody else in the store practically, we're all in their early twenties. Brandon was not.
