Monthly plan was 49 and paid on the first of each month. Charged 99 to my credit card on the 19th of the month when I had paid for that month. Speeds are horrible. Service is in and out and lags badly if your neighbors have the same internet. Over charges for his extremely slow speeds and poor service! I confronted him about illegal charges to my credit card and his communications skills are lacking as he always screws over people and while I was not home he came out and disconnect the internet from my house. His right to refuse service but since he canceled my service cause he was stealing money from my credit card he owes me for the installation which I paid and the month in advance that was paid. Many in the area refer to Kurt the owner as Slick as he screws over everyone he deals with. Such a shame since he grew up in the Area. When I questioned him about illegal charges his reply was I am disconnecting your service. read more
