Horrible! My Husband changed services this morning. We now have spectrum and cannot go back to timewarner ( we were grandfathered in evidently) They told him we'd have to change the box. Wrong. We have to change the modem and the router. The instructions are horrible and didn't work. I was on the phone probably 3 hrs trying to get it set up. Never did work. We would never have made these changes had they been honest about what we'd have to do There is no customer Service anymore. read more

Don't be one day late on payment. The fees are even higher than the worst credit cards! Better to borrow money from a loan shark, it will cost you less if you must make a late payment. read more

Spectrum is horrible I will be switching services along with a bunch of other people I have read so many complaints from loyal customers that have been with time warner for years! spectrum does not value their customers one bit! I called to get a 2 day extension because my bill is due 2 days before I get paid so after being told thank you for being a loyal customer I was told there are no more extensions since spectrum took over( good job informing your loyal customers of this)! While times are hard and many people live paycheck to paycheck and now these money hungry jokes cant extend a bill 2 days is so stupid!!! I can't wait to see all the customers that drop spectrum due to this and their outrageous price spikes! I hope direct tv and dish put them out of business! Also the lady on the phone was so rude I can't believe she even has a job! people want to spend their money with companies who value u them not ones that treat them like trash! good riddance, never again, time warners was way better! Have business class and they are horrible in customer service. I placed a call on a Thursday, they couldn't come that day and between 8-12 next morning. Came @ 1130 and installed new router. Within 2 hrs same thing happened and I called AGAIN. Rep stated they would do everything they could to get someone back same day. I received a call late afternoon and she stated she would get in touch with tech and call me back in five minutes. Never called me back. I called AGAIN and was told an escalation ticket was confirmed for the NEXT AFTERNOON. I am the only person who has had contact with this company regarding this issue and I did NOT confirm the appointment. New person put in another escalation ticket (our third) and stated we may lose Saturday appointment and have to wait till Monday. I said this is a business with VOIP phone system and we are dropping calls. No satisfaction and rep could not give any resolution because her department is different than escalation department and also couldn't give me a supervisor because they can only communicate by starting a ticket. Great business model and use or un-use of resources. EXTREMELY DISSATISIFIED. read more
