The bathroom was not done throughly (even after I requested special attention to it becaue I live in a older home). They were late, But I went ahead and decided to schedule with them again because they were so friendly and nice. Two weeks later they were supposed to show up in what I thought would be the afternoon but I got a call around 7:00 PM asking is it OK for them to come?!?? I declined. The lady I spoke with then said that the owner had lost her cell phone and to call her for any services . They never contacted me back shows how much they care! It's a hard pass for me I only considered them again becaue they were so friendly, but definitely not reliable! Beware!

This is not a minor issue--it affects the entire appearance of the kitchen and is not what I expected from a professional restoration company. At this point, I have requested that the bill be removed and that we part ways, as I do not want any further work done by this company. I have even offered them to come get the cabinets installed. The staff agree these cabinet do not match! They have ordered 2 sets now. This situation has been frustrating from start to finish. I would strongly encourage anyone considering them to carefully inspect all work before agreeing to payment.
