This is in response to Jeff. I'm carrying out your wishes since you replied. This whole ordeal began November 8. After sending the top picture of the board (plus a pic of the back with specifics) to your brother, he guaranteed that was the tile I wanted. After finally receiving the tile and sending him the second picture, he MUST have agreed they didn't match because he asked for a picture of the box label and told me he was in contact with your rep. I brought the boxes back immediately. This is when I encountered meeting you. EVEN if I had been wrong about this order, which I wasn't , you DON'T treat a customer like that! NO, your prices weren't cheaper, they were actually a little more, but you did NOT charge shipping. That is why I drove the hour to pick them up from Buckeye. Four hours into it...I wasn't driving another two to prove my point. I spoke with the sales manager from Adex in New Jersey, who covers the ENTIRE Northeast, and he confirmed that you do not have an account with them. So wherever you were ordering the tile from, your board would NOT match the official Adex board I had. Tom should have told me when the order was placed that that was not like your board. So it wouldn't have mattered if I wasted another two hours in the car, because you would have said your board is different from this one. So don't try to tell me that this could have been avoided if I had brought the board in. If you were a half way decent sales person, you would have worked with me. Instead, you charged $120 for TWO BOXES to return the tile when it was shipped to you for free. Plus, of course, 20% restocking. I just reread all of the reviews that your customers wrote. They are spot on! So here's another 1 star. You should learn to speak nicer to your customers...hence, your arrogance. read more

This is a great place. Great variety of materials. I went in not knowing what kind of backsplash to get for my kitchen and they showed me what would look good with the countertop I had. Surprisingly large selection of tile in a relatively small store. Owners are the guys waiting on you and they really know their stuff. Very helpful and tile is much better quality than what you get at the chain home stores. read more

Just picked up my remaining special order of tile. Interesting store. Where as they have a good selection of tile and the staff is very knowledgeable, after a little interaction with the salesperson you begin to get the feeling that they are doing you a favor to do business with them. Very poor bedside manner. Simple questions get gruff answers. There are lots of places to buy tile. Think I will find a more friendly shop the next time. read more

I already gave you a rating. I gave you a star. You took exception to my rating. You chose to write a response to the star I gave you. I'm choosing to write a response to your response. To anyone out there who reads this be it known that Mark and his brothers could give a rats ass how your tiling project turns out. Pissing up a rope would be a more satisfying experience than going to Buckeye Ceramic Tile. I had a root canal a week ago. If the choice is go to Buckeye Ceramic tile or have a root canal I'm saying root canal. Ya it will be an ordeal, but once its over and the pain is gone you'll be glad you did it. Not so with Mark and his brothers. They hurt you from the moment you walk in the door. They make you feel as though you are bothering them by coming in to do some business. One should be grateful to be granted some of their precious time. You are just someone to them. Someone to profit from. The worst part of this whole "shopping experience" was what they put my wife through when she came to pick up our order. These guys have no morals. The Belggi brothers know exactly what their doing and relish in it. Such saints they are. Simply put there's nothing they won't do, no depths of untruth they won't go to cover up their own mistakes and get you to pay for it. In closing I am officially removing my 1 star rating. When you walk in to Buckeye Ceramic tile take a look at these guys and know that you can trust them as far as you can throw them. read more

BEWARE- crooks. They may have nice tile, but they are rude jerks. I ordered tile for my shower walls,shower floor and bathroom floor. The shower floor and bathroom floor were to be the same tile and the shower walls were to be a different tile. When tile was delivered the bathroom floor tile was the same as the wall, not the shower floor. They would not admit it was their mistake and would not return the wrong tile because it was a special order. I sold the extra tile to someone and ordered the tile from Amazon. If they had taken the tile back and given me the correct tile, they would have made another $1800 because it was much more expensive. read more

This business is great. If you have concerns picking out tile for your home, this is the business to go to. Not only do they have beautiful stock but also do an excellent job of suggestions to beautify your home. The guys are the best and know their business. Forget the big box stores and deal with local people. read more
