We showed up and met frosty and fell in love. We were given the option to do a 7 day trial in our home and due to have a young child we chose this option and he did amazing. They provided us with food, crate, and toys for him which was so incredibly helpful. We ended up adopting him after that week and the process was so smooth. I had to call three more times for them to finally schedule me. When I scheduled the appointment through the phone they mentioned nothing about being "non refundable". So when I canceled my appointment weeks in advance they still said nothing about refunds. I had to call AGAIN and ask where my refund was, they said everything is non refundable. I had my dad call them and ask for a refund for me, and they told him they told me that they're non refundable. WHICH THEY NEVER DID. I'm 19 years old, I do not make enough for $110 to be NOTHING. Could you imagine if I had to pay rent and didn't have enough because they refuse to give me my money back? Or if I couldn't afford to pay groceries? That's a lot of money for someone my age. This humane society doesn't have an ounce of my respect. The customer service is horrible. The management is ridiculous. The least they could've done is tell me it's non refundable.

My previous experiences at Marysville Animal Care were wonderful, but today was much different. My…read morepuppy had an appointment for the last round of her puppy shots, and rabies vaccine. She has had no previous issues receiving vaccines. Today we did not see the same dr/vet there that we have previously. The vet tech/assistant was holding my puppy and had her ready for the vet to administer the vaccines. The vet was very chat, and delayed giving the vaccines. Eventually puppy started getting nervous, and started to jerk away. She did not attempt to nip or bite. The vet made the quick decision that she did not feel comfortable, and want to reschedule and send her home with medication to sedate her and have me bring her back. I felt this was a little unnecessary, but agreed. When I went to check out I was told I was paying for an office exam and the meds. When I enquired if that meant that I would not be paying for an office exam when I brought puppy back, they stated I would. When I started questioning this the receptionist I was speaking with became very rude. I told them I did not feel this was fair as I did not make the decision to not have the vaccines given today. I spoke with the office manager, who was quite condescending, and apparently didn't think I understood why I should be paying for 2 appointments. Ultimately I advised them I would not be bring her back, and made her an appointment elsewhere. I probably would have just paid for everything, had they not been so nasty about the fact I was even questioning it.

I purchased a dog from a pet store and immediately found out she was deaf. I contacted the store and they were just rude and offered no help, discount, or advice. I said all of that to say this, AJJLS yorkies truly does care about where their dogs end up and they are available 24/7 to answer any of your questions. They have a health guarantee with all of their dogs. If for any reason you are unable to keep the dog they will take it back. (Not something you are ever going to get from a pet store). They care about the sales and not the well being of the dog. They allowed me to come to their house a few times and ask any questions I had (which were a lot!) before i even purchased the dog. These dogs are pampered! They are treated like babies. Never locked in cages. They are in cribs, play pens, and exercise pens. This was what made me check them out in the first place and when I first saw Aria's picture and read about her, I knew she was the dog for me. Aria has an amazing personality. She was estimated to be 8 lbs fully grown which is what she is. I personally wanted a dog around that size so they are sturdier, but if you are looking for a smaller dog they definitely have them. At the same time though, the moms are healthy sizes. They are not taking runts and breeding them with runts. When they do have the extremely tiny pups, it is just how they came out, not from generations of runts being with runts. Aria is also playful. I wasn't sure how playful she would be at first, but she loves running outside, chasing her "cousins", she loves taking tiny toys and tossing them in the air. She is not possessive if you try to take one and she does not believe that "she is the boss." She is just all around a GREAT dog. I have never owned a better dog. She was checked at the vet when I first got her and had a clean bill of health. Overall, I recommend Ajjls yorkies because they produce amazing yorkie puppies and they are knowledgeable, responsible breeders.

They do custom feed for horses and other animals; they have an extensive line of pet supplies and products for your dogs, cats, etc. including food, bedding, etc. There is a small section with craft type items and unique jellies, sauces, dips, etc. but this is primarily a pet supply / feed store. The staff was very professional and seemed very knowledgeable in their interactions with customers. So --- if you're looking for a "country store" selling touristy craft stuff this isn't your place. The staff is wonderful to our boy who frequents the daycare daily, as we both work demanding careers this helps our boy get his daily energy out.
