I have also witnessed on more than several occasions the caller and floor-workers calling out wrong serial numbers after the certain players call a win on a pull tab game I believe the bingo hall itself has a group of house players that are placed by the house in the facility to win the employees there are using pressure tactics persuasion tricks and manipulation of elderly players to pressure or manipulate them into making a purchase the management team are all related and employees are allowed to plan on their off days in which they always win I have also noticed the employees when being asked to sell cards have blatantly walk off I believe the facility and its employees are manipulating the outcome of the bingo games and pull tabs once a win is called on a pull-tab they are to show the winning serial number and winning pull tab clearly in the monitor or shown to another random player in the hall they have failed at doing so I have also witnessed ridicule and open verbal insults on elderly mentally ill players making fun and encouraging other players to laugh as well this is very unprofessional not only is it un- professional it is sad that they are treating elderly people in that manner workers having a strong smell of Marijuana smoke on their clothing and their behavior/actions are similar to that of an illegal substance abuser I believe they need to be investigated on the conduct of their facility manipulating the games there are consequences of dishonest unprofessional gaming at their charitable facility in Waco Texas in a supposed game of luck and chance I have witnessed the same certain players winning over and over not just for a week or two but for months on end while on the other hand there are people who play 6 - 7 times per week and never win the lack of professionalism is evident as employees bad mouth and insult elderly players management has failed to sincerely acknowledge the disappointment anger and frustration of formal complaints made by players illiegal use of charitable funds and self-dealing transactions and house players who win 90% or more of the games

All games are played in English-style which means just the numbers are called and not the letters "B-I-N-G-O." Also, each number is called moderately fast in succession so if you're a beginner, you could get easily lost (and lose money if you have a potential winner). There is a lit-up board displayed next to the caller so you can double check if you have a missing number. You can buy a bingo pack which enables you to play for a full session. If you need extra cards, there are floor workers who periodically come around. Just raise your hand holding money and they'll come to you. I've noticed that the bingo crowd here can be a bit ornery and rude. I've heard them yelling at the floor workers because they're too impatient to wait their turn. Been to many bingo halls in my day and this behavior is also typical unfortunately. Usually, it's the bitter elderly ladies who are the culprit. Important tip: if you do have a winner, yell bingo LOUDLY. I can't stress this enough because the caller is a bit hard-of-hearing. For instance, one lady was very soft-spoken and lost because he already called the next number not noticing.
