After a very nice visit I left without any doubt that he'd do the job well and on time. 48 hours later when my phone rang, and 48 hours before I needed it, I cringed thinking something may have gone wrong. That wasn't the message at all, and an hour later I picked my finished piece up. It's gorgeous and will make a beautiful gift which I'm sure will become a family treasure. Though 8 years have passed since that review, I can assure that John is still very much a rockstar! I am blown away by the quality of work and ever grateful for the unbeatable customer service.

I have also witnessed what I will refer to pre buying pull tabs for certain players if these certain players do not arrive on time the workers will pre-buy the pull tabs for and set them aside until these certain players arrive then they would distribute these prepaid pull tabs to these players. I have also witnessed on more than several occasions the caller and floor-workers calling out wrong serial numbers after the certain players call a win on a pull tab game I believe the bingo hall itself has a group of house players that are placed by the house in the facility to win the employees there are using pressure tactics persuasion tricks and manipulation of elderly players to pressure or manipulate them into making a purchase the management team are all related and employees are allowed to plan on their off days in which they always win I have also noticed the employees when being asked to sell cards have blatantly walk off I believe the facility and its employees are manipulating the outcome of the bingo games and pull tabs once a win is called on a pull-tab they are to show the winning serial number and winning pull tab clearly in the monitor or shown to another random player in the hall they have failed at doing so I have also witnessed ridicule and open verbal insults on elderly mentally ill players making fun and encouraging other players to laugh as well this is very unprofessional not only is it un- professional it is sad that they are treating elderly people in that manner workers having a strong smell of Marijuana smoke on their clothing and their behavior/actions are similar to that of an illegal substance abuser I believe they need to be investigated on the conduct of their facility manipulating the games there are consequences of dishonest unprofessional gaming at their charitable facility in Waco Texas in a supposed game of luck and chance I have witnessed the same certain players winning over and over not just for a week or two but for months on end while on the other hand there are people who play 6 - 7 times per week and never win the lack of professionalism is evident as employees bad mouth and insult elderly players management has failed to sincerely acknowledge the disappointment anger and frustration of formal complaints made by players illiegal use of charitable funds and self-dealing transactions and house players who win 90% or more of the games

What I am surprised about, is how much time has gone by: 20 years her studio has been up and running, and they are still going strong! (Omg, I feel old). I knew in my heart and gut, if anyone in our company was going to grow up to own and operate her own successful dance studio, that person would be Gina Nix. I can't believe my four-year-old learned so much within a month's time! Truthfully, because of Gina, I'm not surprised at all. "Miss Gina" is not a shrewd disciplinarian, though she definitely knows how to command her space with movement (that thing she teaches) with great skill, patience, talent, and in her own meticulous fashion. Her students learn what their parents pay them to learn- HOW TO DANCE CORRECTLY. And from what I've seen, they manage to have a great time to boot. My little girl (now in kindergarten and back in CA ) will still, at random, practice shuffle-hop step's, arabesques and pique turns in public, at home, at the grocery store etc., and loudly verbalize the dance terminology as she goes. What a blessing she was in such good hands at All That Jazz! It will always be my hope that the students and staff at All That Jazz maintain to receive the kudos they deserve; both in their hometown, and in all the cities in which they successfully go to compete several times every year. I will always be rooting for them and my heart, and yelling, "Break a Leg!" And for the studio's namesake, "Its Showtime, Folks!"

I'll never be a ballerina, a Fosse impersonator, or move like Bojangles, but I will keep improving my flexibility, balance, and conditioning and enjoy it immensely.
