I discontinued treatment when I didn't see improvement. Turns out - I had the wrong diagnosis! Continuous PT at that time and finally an MRI - showed me the right area and I tried chiropractor and PT for treatment - unsuccessfully. Now years later, the problem has flared up as I have deeply engaged in yoga and running. I filled out the online new patient form as I had new goals I wanted to discuss. This location reached out to me so I scheduled an appointment here. The exterior is a bit questionable - and the area - but inside is absolutely lovely. The entire space has been remodeled and is quite appealing. The treatment room is the same as Westerville - awesome, huge, plush, leather recliners with soft music and dim lighting in the background. My clinician was knowledgeable and professional in the intake meeting. It was short and we proceeded to treatment. His touch was perfect in applying the pins. I struggled to relax as I had had difficult conversations earlier that day and they spun circles in my head. I should have hooked up to my meditation app and put on my headphones. Next time I will. I opted for 30 minutes - rather than just chilling out indefinitely and waiving them over when done. 30 minutes was about perfect as I started to fidget. The clinician quickly removed the pins and I was on my way. Later in the evening I felt wonderful - no pain and energy tingling when I attempted to meditate later. Still today - no pain. Fingers crossed we are on the right path! I've scheduled again for next week - looking forward to additional benefits! I highly recommend you check it out if you have any interest. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed and the energy was very positive in there. It was also very clean everywhere in there. Both women (lady behind the desk & acupuncturist) were also very very sweet. As soon as I got taken to the room where I was going to be treated, doctor listened to my concerns and needs and was doing any and everything to make me feel comfortable and accommodated. She even went the extra mile to bring me extra pillows & play relaxing music so that I would feel more comfortable and peaceful. She was very gentle with me & always made sure that I felt comfortable throughout my procedure. I left out of there feeling so relaxed and the tension in my body eased. I have not had any back pain and scheduled an appointment to go right back the next week (this week.) I am so excited for my appointment and sad that I am moving out of Ohio because I will definitely miss this office! I mentioned some of my issues to Nancy and she had me lay down and inserted the acupuncture needles in different parts of my body. She told to lay still and she'll be back in half an hour. She said it'd be best if I could go to sleep. I tried closing my eyes and relaxing. Idk if it was the new environment, but I was a little anxious and just kept looking at my watch. That's on me. It was closer to an hour when she returned. At that point I was just anxious to get the needles out and leave. In hindsight: the first half an hour was pretty relaxing. the warmth from light was nice and I even told her it feels similar to a hot stone massage. Nancy suggested I come back for treatment once a week. I'm planning to do a couple more visits since I've read such good things about Nancy. P.S the needles don't hurt. The initial prick might sting just a little but after that it's all good.

Dr Ding is absolutely amazing! He asks a lot of questions and is great about addressing symptoms of all kinds. I'm now about 10 1/2 weeks and he is helping me stay pregnant as well as assist with my physical symptoms and anxiety.
