My sister and I left feeling disappointed so I got on Yelp and thanks to all the reviews we called Carmen. For being a Saturday I was shocked when she told us to come in an hour! We arrived and as soon as we sat down they asked us if we would like some water or anything. They were very polite and helpful! I wanted highlights but I also wanted to dye my base color a different shade of brown. Anais was so helpful in letting me know what she was doing and tried to follow the picture I had taken to show her what I wanted. It was a long process but she never complained or tried to take short cuts but actually treated my hair better than I treat it. During this whole time they would ask if we were comfortable or if we needed anything. Thank you Anais my family and I love my hair! They also helped my sister obtain a blondish ombre look even though she still had red in her hair. They took their time and she looks great! Her hair looks so healthy!

At home I had to lighten up the brows and take off some eye shadow. They've done my hair before and I loved it so I wanted to try it for my son's wedding. I reached out to Cristina four times via email and never heard back. I was honestly very frustrated given I really wanted to book with her and I couldn't. Again I have nothing bad to say about her styling but I found her counterpart @hairby.chuy to be a lot easier to communicate with and his hair skills seem to be on par with hers.

We used precaution since my hair is extremely curly and frizzes easily, so there are extensions in there for the style longevity. I would also highly recommend Cristina for the team she works with. We had 2 other girls for the bridal party, and based on the inspo photos the girls brought, the team worked magic (even with a look that was not as traditional for a wedding).
