No non-sense, this is the problem, this is the cost kind of guy. I have run flat tires on my new car (Rav 4), I almost had a heart attack on how much a replacement tire was after running over a piece of metal, but Sean was the best mechanic I talked to, fastest turnaround time and he gave me the best price on rotation/alignment. The shop is out of the way for me to get to, but I don't care. I'm not going to have Vanderstyne Toyota say everything is fine while on my Toyota care and then my first month off it try charging me for wipers/filters/everything not needed. My family has been bringing our vehicles to Tom for well over 22 years. He knows luxury vehicles. He worked on my dad's Jag when it was brand-new in the 90s and then many cars later he actually fully restored the vehicle in the early 2000's and got it in working condition. I've trusted him with every car that I've owned, from the Buick to the Nissan and now even my new vehicle. Tom is honest and does amazing quality work. My parents have trusted him for years and now my brother, I and mom still support his business and the next generation (my niece) has even brought her car to Tom. Honestly, for me, there's no other option. Tom's amazing in our book.

Their pricing is very reasonable, and the quality of service really stands out. Mike and his team took the time to properly diagnose the issue my car was having. My check engine light was on with a misfire code in one of my cylinders. After looking into the code, they found that my coil and coil clip were bent/broken, which was causing the problem. What really stood out to me was their honesty. The Honda dealership had quoted me over $3,000 and said I needed a full engine harness replacement just to fix a broken coil clip. I'm usually not the person that goes before closing…read moretime but I really needed the oil change badly, I was door dashing and noticed my car needed an oil change it's my fault but when I called they told me the price was $60 when I get there it was more than what I thought but I still payed because I really needed it. The guy looked annoyed when I came which I totally understand but if he really didn't want to take me he could've told me to come back tomorrow instead or something. I left like at 7:05 but I still got it done super quick! The only reason I rate it a 3 was because of the interaction when I first got there. Other than that everything was okay would I come back probably not.
