The website is incredibly easy to navigate and the options are both abundant but not overwhelming. The color schemes are perfectly coordinated. You somehow want them all which to me shows the expert curation at play. I chose to have my arrangements be delivered directly to the site. Paris312 sent me a link so I could track the delivery in real time. Such a nice way to not worry. When I finally got to see them in real life, I was blown away. Yes these are high end balloons and wow do you get what you pay for. The custom balloon with my sisters name on it was HUGE and make the vibe perfect for the entrance. The number balloons were a perfect back drop for photos. The glitter balloons in the side arrangements just made everything sparkle a little extra. Do not hesitate to use this company. Sent an email was told they'd get back to me with a proposal, missed their own deadline. Sent another email to Nicole: "really don't appreciate the unprofessionalism. No response to my 2 internal request for a quote, I have to email you. Then your own deadline isn't met." Then Nicole asked me question some that I already answered in my initial requests. Clearly, no attentiveness or attention to detail. Sent me their basic cookie cutter event stuff. I didn't want their cookie cutter display stuff from their website. I wanted a quote for something unique. I answered her email questions then an Ali responses saying "Nicole is out of the office until Monday." She went on to tell me "12 days is enough for us to accommodate your requests." I don't think they could handle my request. As Nicole previously stated, "I sincerely apologize for the delay and completely understand your frustration. You're right that I had given you a timeline, and I'm sorry that I wasn't able to meet it or communicate the delay with you sooner. We are currently in the height of our busiest season, and our response and proposal lead times have unfortunately been longer than usual. That being said, I should have kept you updated rather than leaving you waiting. I am working on your decks and will have it over to you today. I really appreciate your patience and apologize again for the frustrating experience." I asked for the CEO, or person in charge of the business, and I was ignored. Again, why would I use this company? Why would you?

I got lucky with I Do b/c after seeing some others, I knew I had to do soooome research. But I was trying to get better pricing, etc and then alot were booked. I was getting antsy, but it must have been a blessing in disguise. I went to see this booth at the Adler Planetarium a 6 weeks before my wedding and they were so nice and answered every question and even let me take some pics. hehe. Booked. THEN - I had a slight problem with other photobooth frames I had purchased and was freaking out b/c the I Do pics didn't fit in them. UH-OH. I called them up and got the manager and explained my problem and he offered their frames at a very competetive price! So sweet! And they were a HUGE hit at the wedding - there was a line all night and competitions like who could be funniest, most outrageous, goofiest, etc. From the props, the book, the copies (digital and hard), guest enjoyment and awesome customer service and SUPER nice attendants - they were great! It is definitely a bit of a splurge, but is not that bad since they are your favors too - SO worth it. My daughter communicated with Nikki with what her vision was for the event and the space. I've only seen pictures of what she wanted for Nikki to do. When I got to the event space, I was blown away by the beauty of the colors and arrangements. The flower arrangements were gorgeous, and the details on every table setting were wonderful. The overall decorations put so much good vibes and made the space oh so lovely. The few pictures that I have attached do not give enough justice for the beautiful creations Nikki made for my special event. I wish there were more photos that captured how intricate and pretty everything was. I should also mention that this event was during the first snow storm in Chicago. Nikki and Daniel were prompt, efficient, and very reliable. I did not have to worry that I won't have the decorations we wanted. They actually exceeded my expectations. She stayed in great communication with me for the two months leading up to the shower, which I really appreciated. She perfectly matched the florals in the balloons to the florals I was already using, and the attention to detail was spot on. She also caught a big mistake on my part when I accidentally gave her the wrong date (Monday instead of Sunday) -- which would've been a huge issue -- so I'm incredibly thankful for that. We also found out we could set up earlier than expected and she had no problem changing the time after we signed the contract. Nikki made a beautiful 10-foot balloon garland plus a garland for my welcome sign, and everything turned out even better than I pictured. I got endless compliments on the set up. On top of all that, her pricing was very reasonable. If you're thinking about booking her, do it. I would 100% use Traveling Decor again and highly recommend her!
