I like their large industrial washers to cut down on the number of loads I have to do, but know that there are smaller cheaper options if I decide not to do everything in my house all at once. I did have an issue with one of the large washers not doing a spin cycle like it was supposed to and my clothes were sopping wet. It took me 2 times through the dryer to do anything about that. But things break down, and someone has to find out they break down the first time I guess.

The washer didn't appear to fill up with much water or dispense much, if any, detergent. I wash in cold and dry on low, always. After drying for 72 minutes the clothes were almost as wet as when they were put in. I raised the temp and left it in for 40 more minutes. Clothes were dry. When folding them I noticed spots all over our shirts and pants! I now have to pretreat, wash and dry all the laundry again at a different location. The lady next to me had spots on her clothes too! They smelt musty after being dried. I hope I can get the spots out and salvage my laundry.
