Based on what I've personally seen on multiple visits, the cleanliness is completely unacceptable. I've seen cockroaches on the counters, floors, even the walls. My daughter's friend, who used to work there, told me they've been dealing with this issue for months -- which honestly lines up with what I witnessed. If this is how the establishment is being run, then it's no surprise the place feels like it's falling apart. I don't know how a business can operate with this level of disregard for hygiene, employees, and customers. I'm at the point where I feel like health authorities need to take a look I'm done giving this place chances. We went after dinner recently and my two friends got boba tea with milk and it looked absolutely delicious! I got a green tea with boba because I am vegan. I had 25% sweetness but I went back and had them add more sugar because I like my drinks more sweet. My friends told me they enjoyed their drinks and I loved how sweet and refreshing mine was! The small boba spot is cute with lots of vibrant yellow accents. There are only a few tables to sit at so be mindful if you are bringing a larger group. Also, because they are so small, there is no bathroom available but nearby places let you use theirs. Definitely a cute and fun place to hang out and drink boba!
