Ben and Kathy are a pleasure to work with and they work hard at hoping your satisfied with their employees work. If there is an issue they are quick to respond. And, I get it that nobody is 100% all the time, but 97-99% is great to me. For an exaggerated example; if ProTidy has vacuumed the entire house and I find a couple dog hairs, I accept that. They have taken wonderful care of me as a customer.

I reached out to the owner (Tee Efendija ) who immediately denied any wrongdoing saying she didn't use my speaker but I was at my house during the time of service and physically handed her my speaker, hooking it up to Bluetooth so she could play as she said "Mexican music" . I explained that to him in which he then offered to "replace" it--but only if I gave him my broken speaker in return. Excuse me? That's my personal property. I didn't buy it from you, and you don't get to take it just because your team broke it. I did not buy the speaker from him. This was my own personal property that he was demanding I give to him. Instead of just doing the right thing (accountability and / or remedying the situation) , he gaslit me, made excuses, and then tried to claim they were being generous with their "goodwill offer"--which they later revoked when I wouldn't hand over the broken item. The whole thing feels sketchy, dishonest, and frankly like a scam to be honest. Even when booking the service, their methods for payment were very sketchy and not secure or a common practice for receiving payment. I've been more than patient and civil, but the lack of accountability is alarming. Save yourself the stress--there are plenty of other cleaning services in Chicago that don't damage your belongings and then try to blame you for it.

I actually did not reach out to Say Clean. I wanted to do business with EcoBubbles whom had no space to take me on. Say clean answered my Request for a quote very promptly. I was concerned about price as I do believe they are a bit expensive though I am not going to argue on price for a cleaning company to come out in the mists of a pandemic. They are a bit booked up so I'd book about 2-3 weeks in advance. The cleaning Team arrived on the earlier part of the scheduled window. They were kind and informative. Now most people do not like getting a call from the owner during the job and I don't lol. They informed me that the job was a bit unexpected of how much there was. Non the less. Job got done. I chose the move out clean, which entailed all things that needed to be done like dusting, cleaning appliances, getting rid of cob webs etc. Well, to say the least they sucked at doing what they said they would do. I took pictures of the house after they "cleaned". BIGGEST SCAM EVER. They did say they would come back, which one cleaner did. Yet the house was still not done to the level of clean they advertised. Vents, light fixtures, dishwasher, window sills, etc. were still left dirty. Peep the pictures to see just SOME of their cleaning. I borderline wanted to report it to my bank account as fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. EDITED: Owner states that these are from the before. I will post the time stamps to show these photos are 1000% from after. Secondly, painters were not there until the next day, when your cleaner came back. I was not present for the final walk through, my husband was, he was unaware of the secondary clean so he would not know what he was looking at. There was thick dust on most of the registers and light fixtures even after she came back, like seriously, there was hair still left in the showers. I can see you want to justify your companies shotty work, buts let's fact check instead of gas lighting. Painters came on Tuesday the first time, my appointment was Monday. The secondary clean was at the same time my painters arrived. Your cleaners failed to clean, point blank. AND if that is how they "clean their best and adhere their 40 pt checklist" I am deeply concerned for your quality and future clients. I did reach out that I was not satisfied and this is where you sent someone to come back, again, the work was the worst I have ever seen for what I would expect. The list could go on and on.
